The other shops either had no idea what I was talking about or had some outrageous offers like doing a transmission maintenance without changing the filter. Additional work done included spark plug change and oil change. JA Autowerks is about 100 miles from me. But after speaking with the crew there I knew it was the right place for my 2016 Audi RS7. From the moment I called them for a quote until I picked up the car, communication was spot on. Even with a bunch of people out sick, John the owner called me and met me when I dropped the car off. A few days later I was promptly contacted about the price of some additional items and gave the okay for the work. I didn't get to meet Jason, the tech who worked on my car, but I can tell from the craftsmanship he knew what he was doing. I'm meticulous when it comes how I work on my car, and it looks like Jason is also. Since I was so far, Nick took time out of his DAY OFF to meet me to pick up the car. He is very good, thorough, and honest. His wife runs the office and is great at getting used parts at rock-bottom prices. When a supplier has no delivery service, she will even going herself to fetch them herself. She'll pick you up or drop you off (locally, of course) if you need a lift when you leave your car there for service. These are good, honest people who deserve your business. The few mistakes this mechanic has made over the years (including before he worked at Tire Works) he corrected promptly, with no argument, and at no charge. The ONLY downside is that they're both Polish and speak English with an accent. Sometimes you have to listen closely to understand them, especially on the phone. How did he know this from an oil change? Never pulled the tires. I pulled the tires when I got home and at least 50% left on front and back. Not the first time they lied about things not thinking I would check. They also didn't screw the oil plug in tight and lost oil until I tightened it. I questioned them and they said sometimes the screws wear out and come lose. Unreal. Will not be going back ever
