This company is outstanding. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. The place is super clean and the storage units are well maintained. We are in the process of building a new house and with all of that anxiety, having a storage company as friendly and helpful as this company has relieved stress. Ed and Jane were our first contacts at MiniUStorage and we met with them twice. They were excellent. Ed took us around to see different storage units in their golf cart. Very helpful. We went this morning and met Joann and Brian and actually rented our unit. Both of them were also very helpful and friendly. Just excellent as well. At first you think Mini in Brick is just an inexpensive older facility. It's not. It's a super well thought out storage center. Low cost with price change policies that stop you from getting unexpected rent raises. There is a free truck, big if you need it with some tiny charges for use, plus you refill it with gas. Everything is amazingly clean! Storage, office, truck, and bathroom. Great friendly nice people in the office get you in and out very fast. Plus Roy Rogers is across the street on the way out. With storage facilities popping up like mushrooms, you might think all are the same. Wrong. MINI U storage of Brick NJ is in a league of its own. I used them for 10+ years. I never heard from them unless it was a call to help me. cheerful in all weather, BARB AND ED, JOAN AND BRIAN ARE KIND, QUICK, and while they work hard, they are no drudges. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Our move in was easy with the use of their truck. I have even last minute added a second smaller unit on site and was processed within minutes always at a great price,very helpful to try to help and keep cost down.
