    An hour and 25 mins on hold waiting for customer service before I gave up...for now

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE of any transaction in my 41 years! Had a car reserved for a weekend trip. Email confirmations sent to me each day. When I show up at 9:15 AM Saturday morning to pick up my car there are none available. The employee, MARK (who refused to provide me an employee of number or a last name) was so incredibly disgruntled and uncaring that I was actually startled. I really think Mark must have some issues going on and he should in no way be a customer-facing employee! SHAME ON YOU! I assume he still has his job because it's impossible to get through to anyone for customer service on the 1800 number. I will continue to try to contact so I can report this employee. It's important to me that he isn't allowed to treat others like this, for his own safety bc he's going to start a confrontation with someone eventually. Congrats to this miserable business and miserable employee for wrecking my plans and not even having the decent to pretend to care.

    Patrick was super helpful, was having a issue with misinformation from the 1-800 service and he took the time to clear it up, thanks Pat

The dealerships that sell them need to be notified that as consumers we hate them. Stop selling it to us. They are currently denying the turbo on my BMW. The dealership told us they feel terrible and knows they are scamming us. If your car dealer offers you this warranty please run away. Ask for another warranty company. Please look at the BBB before getting this extended warranty. They will do anything to not cover the cost. If something is supppse to be covered they will try to find a loophole to not cover especially if it is expensive. They have even denied people for not having sufficient oil changes even though that wasnt affiliated with the car repair. They need a class action suit. If I could rate them a O I would

I got the platinum plan thinking I would be covered for just about anything. Turns out our 1st claim we didn't do it correctly so they did not pay and the 5 items we just put a claim in for are all not covered items. There are loopholes through the contract and they only look for ways to not pay. Very poor customer service. I purchased my vehicle at Auto Holding in NJ and would not recommend any dealership that pushes this warranty company.
