She called budget a 4:30pm and was told as long as she had money in her account and her credit check was ok there shouldn't be a problem she was told " we close at 5 if your in Neptune come right over" She gets there and she's told by the lady at the desk that she has something to do with her son and she will take care of her in the morning, She goes back and is denied a rental because of her credit, so now because she was dropped off she had to spend extra money to get a uber back to Neptune We understand the reason the car was denied but if she did not have time to do credit check on previous day why waste the customers time and have her come back, credit should have been run while she was there so she would not have to run around to find and pay for unnecessary transportation. The customer service at this location was not good on this particular visit.

I had used Murphy's, in Middletown, many years ago, but couldn't see them driving south to pick me up just to take me north again to Newark airport. I had considered a cab service, but my vacations are very important to me, and didn't want to have to worry about reliability, so I decided to use Greg's service, and called to set up an appointment. An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way! Great service across the board, and highly recommend them and will! I also, love the flat rate that includes tolls and gratuities! Takes the guess work out of your bill. I thank Greg and his wonderful driver, and look forward to seeing them again in the future! A great way to start a great vacation to Vegas! Thank you!!

Proceeded to watch the receiver gun my moderate sports car about 4 feet - I guess for the rush of it - but what if he were to be just half an inch off of the track for my low profile vehicle? Nobody was guiding him from outside... The rest I'll let the pictures do the rest of the review for me. All of the junk caught on the grill is still very much there, as are the remnants of the bird droppings. And nobody wiped the inside of the car. In January 2025, I went in person to switch my membership to my new car and was told everything was set. I later discovered I was being billed twice every month ($24.51 and $19.19). When I returned to request a refund, the staff had to call the owner who said they would only refund six months of overcharges. They also refused to provide any receipts or written confirmation of cancellations. After I left, I only received a refund for one month, not the six months promised. I've been a loyal, respectful customer and always tip. This was handled poorly and unprofessionally. I strongly recommend that anyone with a membership check their bank statements carefully.

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Lack of Accountability…read more I had a very upsetting experience at this car wash. A broken antenna--belonging to another vehicle--was lodged in the drying apparatus. That antenna spun and scratched the entire passenger side of my car. I noticed the damage immediately, took photos (including of the antenna), and reported it right away. At first, the staff appeared to accept responsibility and instructed me to get an estimate for the repair. I followed their instructions, got a quote, and returned within the hour. But once they saw the cost, the story changed. Suddenly, I was told they'd need to go through their insurance--and that I'd have to get a second estimate. To make matters worse, they refused to provide their insurance information or take further responsibility, despite acknowledging the damage. Here's what's most frustrating: 1. I'm a full-time student--I came here expecting a quick 5-minute car wash and left with $1,500 in damage caused by their equipment. 2. I followed their instructions exactly and provided one estimate as asked. 3. I'm a long-time customer with a full-service unlimited wash plan. Is this really how you treat loyal customers? 4. Despite the damage being obvious and well-documented, I was forced to spend time filing a police report, chasing down estimates, and dealing with a complete lack of resolution. This experience has been incredibly time-consuming, stressful, and disappointing. I expected better from a business I've supported for years.
