When I arrived at the facility it was closed but I had no problem accessing my storage unit. It could not possibly have been any easier to load my items (backed the UHaul right up to a garage, loaded everything onto the provided carts, fit all of my belongings in the elevator in one trip, and easily loaded into the storage room). This place is great! My only concern is that renters can access the facility after hours, so the security of my belongings is dependent on trusting the other renters. If someone else comes in after hours and doesn't properly lock up (doesn't lock the garage, for instance), the security of everyone's belongings is compromised. I wish there was a way to address this because it is a bit concerning (perhaps auto-locking garages that close and lock after a set amount of time?). Aside from that, everything was great! Zip to Zip Moving DO…read moreNOT USE THIS COMPANY! Here are the FACTS of my experience. 1. They were scheduled to arrive between 8:00am to 9:00am and arrived at 10:45am. 2. Upon arriving at my new location, one backed up the truck while the other two didn't bother spotting him - the driver backed into my brick pillar breaking bricks and the light. They literally brought out some sort of epoxy and said they could fix it! I called the police who wrote up a crash report. I accepted the company's offer to take money off the cost of the move because I had no confidence that their insurance company would promptly pay - I feared I wouldn't end up with anything but a lot more frustration. 3. At the end of the move, I realized they had forgotten to move an elliptical machine that was in the basement - when I brought it to their attention, they said nothing and just left. 4. At my old house they left the garage doors open and lights on - my wife didn't want to have to drive back to the house but was worried they might have done something like this - totally irresponsible! 5. Without asking my permission, they borrowed my hand dolly. After they left, I found it in the backyard with a wheel broken off. (I sent the company a picture of it.) This is absolutely not acceptable. 6. They left packing material all over the house - when I asked about them taking it with them they said that isn't something they do. 7. They did not remove their shoes or put on "booties" even though it was raining out and caused significant scuff marks on my hard wood floor - which I also took a picture of. On June 23rd, I wrote an email to the customer service agent and a manager with whom I had been speaking. No reply. I followed-up with another email on June 24th and received a phone call saying that they would address my issues by the following day. It has now been over a month and I still have heard nothing. All of this is beyond outrageous! As a small business owner, I completely understand when "stuff happens" but when it does you do everything you can to "make it right" - not ignore the customer! Do not use this company!!!

We have used this storage facility a few times. It is clean and secure, the staff is friendly and…read morehelpful. It's a very nice storage facility. I would, however, caution anyone renting a space here that you wait until near the end of your rental month to vacate the space. Also, leave the lock on your rental space until you are certain that you are through with it. We had taken everything out of our space and because it was empty, did not lock it. We had nearly a month left on our pre-paid rental, so I thought that maybe we could store something else there. A few days later, we decided we didn't need it, so I went there to notify the office that we were done using it. I was informed by the woman there that they "already knew that" and had already rented it to someone else who was currently using it. I was informed that my final invoice had already been mailed. I guess it was a good thing that I didn't bring anything else to store there. When I received my final invoice, there was no pro-rated refund of rent paid, even though it was exactly one week into the current rental month the day I received the invoice, effectively I paid a month's rent for 7 days of availability to our storage space. If not for the way our vacating of the space was handled, I would have given them 5 stars. I recommend them for storing your things, just be aware to keep your lock on!
