When I need more (climate controlled) storage they were able to accommodate me in their Wall North facility. That too was easy, cost competing and had extra security (gates). In each case, The attendants were very efficient and pleasant. Last, but not least, they have a free truck to use to move in the first time. If you need it again there is a cost but I found it surprisingly reasonable. I highly recommend!

I'm at wall storage on a Monday midday. I'm the only…read moreperson here. My plan was to borrow their free panel truck to load the contents of one of my storage lockers into my 2nd storage locker. Half hour max. I'm driving a small car. The brunette woman at the office said "no problem" with a smile. Then the blonde woman came out of the bathroom. Suddenly the smile was gone. And I needed 4, count them, 4 pieces of identification to drive the truck from one unit to another. Then I needed to bring someone who signed the storage agreement 4 years ago here with his 4 pieces of identification. She never let me speak. I'm certain she wouldn't have actually cared, but she never even let me tell her he was in the hospital and that wasn't possible. I said "it appears you don't want to help me, but no problem, I'll make 30 trips in my small car." Then I smiled and left, couldn't say thank you because she did not actually do anything for me. It's her job to be professional and to treat customers politely. And these customers have given this business $500 a month for 4 years. That will be ending soon. I'm on trip #16....

All I had to do was send photos of my apartment--she accurately documented my inventory, provided a competitive quote, and, most importantly, the quote was honored with no surprises. On moving day, Ika and Soso arrived right on time. I would, however, caution anyone renting a space here that you wait until near the end of your rental month to vacate the space. Also, leave the lock on your rental space until you are certain that you are through with it. We had taken everything out of our space and because it was empty, did not lock it. We had nearly a month left on our pre-paid rental, so I thought that maybe we could store something else there. A few days later, we decided we didn't need it, so I went there to notify the office that we were done using it. I was informed by the woman there that they "already knew that" and had already rented it to someone else who was currently using it. I was informed that my final invoice had already been mailed. I guess it was a good thing that I didn't bring anything else to store there. When I received my final invoice, there was no pro-rated refund of rent paid, even though it was exactly one week into the current rental month the day I received the invoice, effectively I paid a month's rent for 7 days of availability to our storage space. If not for the way our vacating of the space was handled, I would have given them 5 stars. I recommend them for storing your things, just be aware to keep your lock on!
