I purchased a unit through a third party site and upon arrival they said my unit was not available…read morebut due to the inconvenience they would honor the price and change the unit number fast forward down the line after the first month they started charging double the price to me, I vacated the unit and then was charged an extra two months from that point, if you call they will tell you a manager will call you back and then you never receive one leading to more expenses having to be paid. The price advertised is a clear bait and switch although understanding prices can change a customer should agree and be notified to this. I had tried to get in contact to address this and was always told a manager would call me back and then never received anything leading to the bill increase. I also received inappropriate commentary upon arrival and should have known at that point, this was from Mr. Brown directly who made comments about my voice asking if I was partying the night before, and made inappropriate commentary suggesting to party alongside. He should be fired for these remarks and his unprofessional services and will proceed with prime storage in request for video surveillance from the incident in an effort to prevent this from happening to new potential clients. The most vital and important part to this is When asked to speak to a supervisor he refused to offer me information pertaining to a name and phone number associated with his higher ups. From start to finish with this place was a headache and I truly recommend finding another place to do business with. They agreed to refund partially after they said they would contact corporate however, I would not provide documentation of the partial refund. I will update if I actually do receive partial refund on this part. UPDATE- ON AUGUST 1ST, 2025 I was advised I would not receive A PARTIAL REFUND HOWEVER HE SAID IT WAS DENIED AGAIN FROM MR.BROWN, AFTER BEING TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A 300.00 REFUND FROM HIMSELF again requesting to speak to a supervisor and being advised he can not give out that information which is recorded evidence in this matter. If the end all be all of this business is Mr.Brown himself you should take note of his unprofessional nature and inability to provide basic services and fraudulent behavior experienced renting from this facility. He mentioned my google review when calling back today and I believe that is the reason he does not want to issue a refund showing his acts, and nature as a person very revenge and malic behavior at its finest. My original impression I should have followed and not went through with renting a unit from this place. Again save yourself the hidden expenses, and deceit within this company. I also believe a lot of these reviews are false, and they seem to always reference Mr.Brown after a bad review, looks to me like from fake profiles. It is alluring the original price but it will double without any notification. The unprofessionalism is appalling.

I have been renting at the Lindenwold location for just over two years now, since January 14th…read more2021. I had no issue other than the unreasonable price increases up until January 9th 2023. On January 9th I had gone to retrieve something from my unit and when I did I discovered an unfathomable amount of rodent urine and feces all over my belongings!! Mind you for the two years I was renting there I had been to and from my unit numerous times and this was not an issue, the most recent visit to January 9th being late October/ early November 2022. Once I saw the damage I immediately notified the customer service call center and notified Colleen at the front office the following Monday since it was a weekend. I was assured that they were taking the matter seriously and an insurance adjuster would be in touch. I finally got an email from the insurance department a week later. It's worth noting the the adjuster is in the UK so a discussion by phone is next to impossible between the time change, and a normal work schedule. So the adjuster asks that I go to the unit, take pictures of all of the damaged property and research the retail value along with reimbursement value. Going through the unit itself took an entire day, and the following research took about a week and a half to two weeks. Now I want to make it clear this was an entire household worth of property including kitchen ware, clothing, bedding and furniture. The furniture itself included 3 brand new full sized sofas and a brand new armchair that were purchased in August of 2020 and put into storage January 14th, 2021. They were still in pristine condition and this damage has completely voided the warranty from both furniture retailers due to the health hazard of rodent urine. I sent all of the pictures to the adjuster along with a very fair reimbursement price and after a week or two of waiting I finally get a settlement offer of $500!!! I won't put the exact dollar amount of the damages done however it was considerably more than $500!! I have now been going back and fourth with Colleen and customer service for going on four months and have only heard from the DM Archie once about a month ago with the promise of a call back that never came! It has also come to my knowledge that Colleen has personally tampered with the clam by stating to Archie and most likely the insurance company that I had food in my unit that attracted the rodents!! This statement is completely and utterly false as the most that was in my unit in the way of food was an air fryer that had some residue from cooking that had been in that unit since the beginning in January 2021! There was not a rodent problem for two whole years and this girl literally tried to scapegoat! I have also tried to be fair in the way of if they don't want to pay for the reimbursement of the property lost I would settle for a refund of the rent paid up until this point for no reason whatsoever other than to have all of my belongings completely destroyed, not to mention the health hazard it entails! It's also worth mentioning that there was not a single rodent trap on this property until AFTER the complaint was made! While going through my damaged property myself and the people helping me had to wear face masks, rubber gloves, and sterile booties just to handle the items because urine was quite literally dripping off of them! We discovered a rotting rodent carcass in the unit as well. Colleen and prime's solution to this issue was to move me to a different "cheaper" unit DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR to the one I had been renting for two years so they could disinfect the one with the rodent problem. Someone please explain to me how if rodents could access one they can't access the one directly next to it?! Anyway this unit was promised to be given at the starting rate of $119 which it was for the first month, the second month it shot right back up to $259, mind you I was late on my rent so there is a $35 late charge that was also promised to be waved by the call center due to the issue at hand. Why am I still renting there you ask?? Well the day I went through all of the items 99% needed to be disposed of and thrown away, however the large items such as the couches are too large to be tossed away so easily and I am keeping them just in case this has to go further and a physical example is needed. They are too disgusting to attempt to bring into my home and like I said rodents were nesting in them so I cannot move them to another facility. My hope was that prime storage would recognize the injustice done to a customer storing their belongings and do the right thing so this could be settled in a mutual way and we could just go out separate ways. Enjoy these lovely photos (yelp only allows a certain amount of photos so this is just some of the damage)

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Rip off too! Shame how often n how much they raise ur…read morerents. Their motto should be like roach motels you check in but don't check out!!! Sad how many people get low rates or first month free, then rents raised ridiculously high, and unreasonable. I reserved a unit at the harker rd location before I left Nc to move back to nj. When I pull up, they don't have my 10x30 unit. Was told reservation on line doesn't guarantee you a unit so BEWARE!!!. I'm like whatttt kind of nonsense is that? They apologized but it was a major inconvenience, especially coming out of state, after a long drive and it was a Sunday. No where else to put my stuff. Then they tried to get me into 2 separate units but wanted to charge me more than the rate for the 10x30. Had to argue to keep same rate. But I had to pay double insurance smh. So the 2 units were in a different location than originally planned so I had to travel a bit further to get to it. And another BIG ISSUE here is NEVER ANY CARTS!!! Neverrrrr any carts to move ur belongings or to move in or out. Having to walk the entire building to not find any carts. I think office should keep carts there and gave people sign them out so they won't disappear, then they can have a decent amount of carts for all customers. Not just 2/3 carts for an entire storage building with hundreds of units. And don't try to reach out to higher ups because they say 2/3 days to return calls but don't. Save urself a headache, and don't rent a storage at the big orange sign place. I had another storage unit at life storage in sicklerville with less increases in rate and better service. They have a blue sign, but I pay online at Extra storage/green sign. I'd never rent a storage from Public storage ever again!!! And this location could definitely use some maintenance. Thought I already left a review but don't see it.

My experience with All My Sons Moving (32 Coles Ave, Cherry Hill Township, NJ and All My Sons…read moreCorporate Office in Texas) has been the worst service experience I have ever had, and their public ratings across major platforms reflect exactly why so many customers report similar issues. Across multiple review sites, this company consistently scores poorly: * Google: Approximately 3.9 stars, with thousands of reviews * Yelp: Approximately 1.5-2 stars, with a long history of complaints * Better Business Bureau (BBB): 1.97 stars across more than 1,000 customer reviews, despite being "accredited" These ratings are not a coincidence -- they mirror the exact problems I experienced. Please don't take the chances that I did and use this company. You'll be very sorry. I hired All My Sons for what should have been a simple, professionally handled move within Pennsylvania. Instead, the company sent a crew from their New Jersey branch, and from the moment they arrived, the situation was unacceptable. The movers smelled strongly of weed, and the odor was so overwhelming that it transferred onto my belongings, the moving blankets, and into my home. Despite being quoted $1,500 for a move that originally included far more items than we ultimately needed moved, the crew stalled for hours, took an unreasonable amount of time to get set up, and barely worked. They attempted to charge us $200 per hour for 12 hours to move fewer than ten pieces of furniture and no boxes--time that was inflated entirely due to their own lack of productivity. They even took apart furniture unnecessarily, removing every screw they could find, and then struggled to reassemble anything, which appeared to be a deliberate tactic to keep the clock running. To make matters worse, they forced us to pay immediately before unloading the furniture, even though the job was nowhere near complete and their performance had already been unacceptable. They refused to allow me to inspect my furniture after they brought it in. They were holding my furniture in their truck until I provided the person on the phone with a credit card to pay for the move. By 10 p.m., exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to let them leave. My husband and I ended up moving most of the furniture ourselves, unwrapping and assembling items they were supposed to handle. The next day, we had to take two cars and make multiple trips just to move basic items like totes and clothing bags--items we specifically hired them to move. Damage Discovered - In daylight, the true extent of the damage became clear. The movers had: * Drilled holes through three credenzas, including over ten holes on the wrong side of two of them * Split a 500+ lb wooden and marble credenza by placing it on its side on a dolly instead of carrying it properly * Stained my couch * Broken a $1,500 art piece * Scratched $1,200 chairs Their lack of training and care was obvious, and their behavior raised serious concerns about whether they were under the influence while handling our property. Claims Process & Geoff Burgess I filed a claim for nearly $10,000 in damages, providing receipts, photos, and videos--evidence the company was aware of from the moment the damage occurred. Since my move at the end of December, I have been going back and forth with All My Sons for months. It is now March, and they have: * Refused to settle * Refused to explain their employees' behavior * Refused to address the lack of training or drug testing * Refused to replace or compensate me for the extensive damage The claims representative, Geoff Burgess, has been a complete roadblock. He: * Refuses to review any of the material proof * Refuses to provide documentation * Refuses to acknowledge the severity of the damage * Blocks any attempt to escalate the issue I even tried going to his supervisor and to customer service, and no one will do anything. Every path leads back to Geoff, who simply repeats the same scripted denial. Their final response was that their insurance would only cover $644 under "limited liability," and they refused to refund the $1,500 I paid for the move. The local NJ operations manager initially told me he would speak with his partner and call me back. He never did. I have texted him multiple times and left a voicemail with no response except to speak Geoff in claims. The company also refuses to let customers speak directly with their executive team, forcing all communication through an internal division that shields them from accountability. I even tried reaching out on LinkedIn to the chief customer officer of all my sons in their corporate office in Texas. Conclusion - This company's behavior is unacceptable, and their pattern of ignoring customers, denying valid claims, and hiding behind internal processes is exactly why they have low ratings on Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had looked more closely at those reviews before hiring them. Don't make this mistake!
