I was only there for a bit over a year, and they raised prices quite a few times CSS was raising the price nearly every month for the last two-three months that I rented the unit. Understandably prices fluctuate and may raise over time, however raising rents multiple months in a row is frustrating, especially for a place where you are just storing items. The payment processing system is archaic. While conveniently allowing you to pay online, it doesn't allow you to pay a partial, or update auto-pay information if you want to use a different or new card.

This location has issues, from the threshold of the building having a staggered entrance which caused multiple accidents with falling boxes and DAMAGE. The move "specialist" was terrible, confusing, misleading, he even yelled at me on the phone! I had to put so many claims for everything they broke and lost. Stay away from them. It was denied because apparently we had signed a form saying we received all of these items. We thought we were signing a receipt of delivery. DO NOT SIGN this form. We went back to Sinclair again seeking resolution. They offered to send us less than half of the amount needed to replace the lost items. Since we were so tired of dealing with them we agreed. However, that was weeks ago. Still no check!! We also have discovered several other things missing. I've held off on this review hoping for resolution but I finally realized that was not going to happen. We are so disgusted. I would not recommend Sinclair.
