I paid for this unit religiously without seeing it, and I finally spent 2 emotional days emptying it recently. I would do it all again. The staff has been amazing, and I am pleased all around. There are things that money cannot buy, and although I lost quite a few pieces because of time and moisture, what we saved was irreplaceable. I recommend this site without hesitation. The only thing I would encourage storers to think about is the fact that these are outdoor units and are not as protected as an indoor unit would be, but I am pleased beyond words with my overall experience.

I thought ok only $6.50, I'll pick up a new one in the morning or get a refund. i called over and Justin proceeded to tell me "he knows how to count", "you are mistaken", "i gave you the box" I said I just spent $ 250 over the last two weeks plus $80 today, can't I just get a new box. His response was "I have to check the video tape". For $6.50!!! I couldn't believe it! The other day the other gentlemen that worked there and the older woman both helped us to our car. He didn't even offer. I await to speak to his manager Dawn to let her know the poor customer service over $6.50. Justin - you behaved like a jerk. And you want to know why you had no Boxes??? Because my Mother has been the one buying them. How dare you speak to me and my 65 year old mother the way you did! That is why I called you a prick, which you are. Shame on Monroe storage! After paying 65.00 when she said initially I only owed 48.00. After 1 hour of dealing with this dingbat I decided to go to another facility rent a Uhaul come back and empty out both units. The associate tried for another 45 minutes to rent me a trailer. I left empty handed no trailer and waisted over an hour of my time. Fast forward to the next day, same exact issue minus the wait time. This time I was told the company was upgrading the chip card reader. I'm giving this business 3 stars because I've used them in the past and the service was good.
