I paid for this unit religiously without seeing it, and I finally spent 2 emotional days emptying it recently. I would do it all again. The staff has been amazing, and I am pleased all around. There are things that money cannot buy, and although I lost quite a few pieces because of time and moisture, what we saved was irreplaceable. I recommend this site without hesitation. The only thing I would encourage storers to think about is the fact that these are outdoor units and are not as protected as an indoor unit would be, but I am pleased beyond words with my overall experience.

The associate tried for another 45 minutes to rent me a trailer. I left empty handed no trailer and waisted over an hour of my time. Fast forward to the next day, same exact issue minus the wait time. This time I was told the company was upgrading the chip card reader.
