We pulled in@4:40, the lady tells my wife that it takes 30 minutes to complete the reservation and we'll have to come back! Really? Numbly, we leave. Sunday, open until 4pm, there at 2:30, the 'unit', the last unit, the door is broken. Of course it is. The entire place is concrete blocks and be tin roofs. Plenty of larger, more expensive ones available. Pay that rate for one month and we'll make it right next month? I'm still in the truck because of I go in, we're out of here. Told the wife to get a smaller unit or leave in 10 minutes. This is not the Capital Grille folks. Not Happy, can't recommend this place.

No advance notice. No contingency plan. No attempt to make the situation right. This left our family completely stranded on moving day. We were required to vacate our apartment due to the end of our lease, and this company abandoned us at the last possible moment with all of our belongings packed and nowhere to turn. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of support that followed. No alternative crews were offered. No referrals. No meaningful assistance whatsoever. We were simply told they would not be showing up. When I asked to speak with the owner, the manager, Drew, refused to connect me and stated that the owner would call me in two days. As a business owner myself, I was shocked by the lack of accountability and customer service. When your company creates an emergency for a customer, the least you can do is make yourself available and work toward a solution. Reliability is the single most important quality in a moving company, and unfortunately, this company demonstrated that they cannot be counted on when it matters most. You automatically get the feeling that they're a multi-generation family business and that hey understand that their customers are their "bread and butter." They were on time, their guys were courteous and respectful of my things, and they were quick. In most cases, you want to do your homework and seek out the best price. Pat and his crew are a little more expensive up front, but remember: cheap things aren't good and good things aren't cheap.
