They cancelled on us less than 12 hours before they were supposed to show up. In a panic, we called several companies and luckily we found Done Right Movers. They showed up with a team of 4 at 8am the following morning, ready to work. These folks wasted no time. The truck was packed expertly, our things were handled with care, and they knocked the job out faster and cheaper than the original company had quoted us. As stressful as moving can be, Done Right Movers made it easy on us. I cannot thank them or recommended them enough. You all really helped us out when we were in a pinch and we are forever grateful. Keep up the good work!! Thanks again!

Day of move showed up early, thought great, gonna be quick, they had to make 2 trips, broke a dresser, scratched 90% of our things, ripped our brand new couches, brand new safe looks like it was drug down 95, then had the audacity to ask for more money, said they didn't make enough to pay the guys and put gas in the truck, texted and called me several times for more $$$$. Wish I would have asked for their insurance info beings most of my big items are destroyed! Oh yeah and my hardwood floors have scratches everywhere also woodwork in the old house was destroyed

The guys who showed up (half an hour late) were perfectly nice, but obviously had very little moving experience and also moved incredibly slowly. After it took TWO AND A HALF HOURS for them to load the first half of our stuff (and we just have a small one bedroom apartment), I finally gave up and started moving stuff too, because I was afraid we wouldn't get out of our building in time. I'm a pretty small female and I was able to move more stuff than they did, and that was in between me having to explain to them basic things about how to move (e.g. helping them figure out how to fit stuff through doors and into the elevators). My two favorite moments had to be: 1. Halfway through all three guys took a load of stuff down in the elevator (don't ask me why that required three people), and in the time it took them to come back I moved the entire rest of the contents of the apartment to the area in front of the elevator. When they finally got back, they seemed impressed and said, "wow, you're fast!" Thanks, but isn't that THEIR job? 2. At one point I saw one of them carrying a small table that has casters on it. I said, "You know you can push that, it has wheels," to which he replied "not anymore!" and showed me that he had somehow managed to snap off one of the casters. It ended up taking six hours to move about 30 blocks with these guys (compared to the seven hours it took when I moved to Philly from NYC with actual professionals). Again, they were perfectly nice, but you could get the same level of help by showing up at a college campus and offering free pizza to the first couple of kids you saw. If you want to pay for professional movers, use a company with actual professionals.

I ended up calling The Moving Boys and we set up a time for them to come help me move my belongings. I was able to move everything out of my house under two hours and that was impressive. They helped me move my stuff into the living room and that's all I needed! since I am OCD I prefer to arrange things myself. It was POURING cats and dogs the day of the move but despite the less than ideal weather, Koof and the team were extremely professional, pleasant, polite, efficient, careful, and thorough. We had a lot of large furniture/upholstery pieces that they took care to wrap with moving blankets so they wouldn't get dirty/scratched/wet and handled everything with utmost care. They were very upfront about stopping and restarting the clock for lunch as well, which was appreciated. We also had a large and bulky refrigerator that had to be moved and they executed the transport with amazing expertise. With the sheer amount of stuff and the inclement weather, it could have easily been a 12 hour day but the team was extremely efficient and most importantly very pleasant to work with! Would recommend to everyone moving to use this team!!

It saved me time and money working with them. At a very good price. They went 10 minutes over 2 hours and did not even charge those extra minutes. They don't try to take advantage of you, they are focused on getting the job done. I trust these guys with their integrity, work ethic, and price. They are hardworking, reasonable, and good guys to work with. Irving manages the scheduling and the team, and he is highly communicative and very easy to work around your schedule. You just need to do your part by communicating clearly your needs and wants; I asked Irving my specific requests and questions, and there was no confusion or misunderstanding- for example, I had to get my own blankets, but they brought the plastic wraps for my furniture protection. Thank you so much Irving and the crew for helping our family's multiple local moves in the last several years, we hope to find someone half as good as your team after we move to the other side of the country!
