I then visited the facility 3 times. All 3 times the customer service area was locked with no one available to speak to. I am a customer that has been paying for 2 units for 3 years and this is the treatment. Also, thete was a special with significant savings, I believe half the cost for a different unit. I spent 2 days moving everything into a 10x20 unit. 3 months later the raised the price to where it was prior. Beware of the low cost move in specials. They suck you in, then raise the rent 3 months later. They know once you move in you won't want to take on the work of moving to a new facility.
