The property manager will never answer the phone when you call even if it's in "business hours" time. They will only ever call you back personally if you leave a voicemail. Don't listen to what's posted on Public Storage website. If you've lost your keys they will not assist you, hire your own locksmith. Customer service is below par and they have increased the rate 15$ before even being a customer for a year. The gates in the app don't unlock/work all the time so you'll still manually have to enter the code for entry/exit too. read more

Very disappointed!!!! I rented a unit in Oct of 2022. After paying for the month, two weeks later I was charged for November. I left several messages and finally called and spoke to an employee that said a manger would call within 24 hours. No Call Back. I then cancelled my card on file and the manager called not even 5 minutes after removing the card. She was very rude. I told her my stuff would be gone before November, which it was. It is now December 19th and I am still asking for my refund. I had to contact corporate since the manager where I rented has no courtesy to contact a customer. Went today to find my unit frozen shut. The 68 year old man worked his birthday off and opened it up fast as can be. Big time service

This was the first time using public storage, and it worked out nicely. The process was easy and quick. They didn't have my size unit requested and upgraded me to a larger size at no extra cost. I called two other "newer" storage facilities in the same area. Sure, they might be indoors, but I'll take that minor inconvenience over paying double the rent. When I called, they even included the first month's rent at $1. I went there today and noticed even though the unit doesn't have the luxury of an indoor hallway, the unit is pretty well insulated. The unit is always warm inside despite the weather outside. The hours for storage use is perfect for me, from 6am to 9pm and the access code needs to be punched in both at entry and leaving. read more

Rented a storage unit here for 2 years. At this location, you will have to get out of your vehicle to enter your access code for the security gate. Depending on the time of day, rush hr traffic can make this location difficult to access. The staff is not great about returning calls (not even the next business day) and PS is quick to increase their monthly rates. read more

I stored my stuff in a 5' by 10' from October 2012 - November 2015 (I literally just moved my stuff out) and there was MOLD ALL OVER MY STUFF. My king sized mattress, bed frame, box springs, wood dresser and chest of drawers are covered in mold. This is extra painful because this stuff was like new and belonged to my older brother who passed away not long before I stored it. I didn't have a place to put it at the time I put it in storage and didn't want to get rid of it... but now I have to get rid of it after spending almost $100/month for 3 years! Oh and of course then there's the money I paid the movers (who were the first ones to notice the mold and point it out to me). It was an indoor unit too! My mom and I desperately tried to kill the mold with bleach water but it made the wood weird and still didn't fully get rid of all of it. We knew bleach might not be good for the wood, but it was either that or have mold... and bleach is the only thing that really has a chance at killing it. When I first moved in, the guy who worked there was INCREDIBLY RUDE and unpleasant, however not surprisingly, he's no longer with the company. Worth noting, the girl who works there now seems nice enough. When I spoke to customer service and then the district manager, I heard the same pathetic response "Sorry your stuff is ruined with mold all over it, but that's why we require you to pay extra money for insurance." I could see if a tornado came through, but I had reason to believe my stuff would be fine!! I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY. It's a STORAGE FACILITY, there was one purpose... SAFELY STORE MY STUFF!! Oh yeah, they raised my rent 3 times. I wouldn't store anything you care about here... especially if it's stuff you'll need to use one day, like a bed and dresser!! I hope none of you other people who wrote positive reviews end up finding mold when you move your stuff out! I have pictures if you want to see what the mold looked like! Really not quite sure how water got into an indoor unit... but make sure you take out some good insurance if you choose this place... and don't have any sentimental attachments to the stuff you put in there because there is a chance it will get ruined and you'll lose it forever. read more
