Two young in experience Plumbers came to my home.They stayed 30mins used a 50ft snake once and told me there was nothing that can be done that O would need to contact the city to break the concrete to get at the drain with the blockage. Looking through the internet for another Plumber I saw great reviews about O'Grady so decided to get another opinion. John called me and he was super sweet and tmasked all the right questions. He sent over Con. Con was so knowledgeable and went beyond any Plner that we have had work on the drain. He snaked twice, did the jet three times and did the camera to show me what was going with my the drain. If it was another Plumber they would have gave up after a hour. But Con worked on my drain for 4 hours and made the drain was good. With all that said they also charged me half the cost of the work. Any other Company would have charged double or triple. I recommend O'Grady 1000%! They are good people who care!

Every claim in this review is supported by the signed contract, payment records, and his own emails. We had rain water backing up into our drain every time it rained. The drain ran underneath the cement floor and it had been improperly done the first time. It turns out we needed a check valve installed in our main sewer. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate ours and were able to come a day early. We rent out our basement on AirBnB so we had narrow time frames. They explained everything so I understood every detail. We are so grateful they were able to work their schedule with us. Their team was professional, quick, and clean. What went well: our repair went quickly and at a fair cost for the work involved. A technician came to diagnose the issue on Friday and told me to call back on Monday to get a cost estimate and schedule the repair. The cost checked out with what I researched; another repair company previously quoted us almost double. They covered the floors with drop clothes and made sure to clean up after a dirty and intense job. What could have gone better: I was told from the beginning the tile would be damaged and that tile work was not covered by them. I had to hire another person to tile the floor. It was explained clearly but I wish they would include tile work with their services. Given the unusual amount of work, I was pretty happy to have this issued resolved with a quick turnaround. He barely tried to snake the drain and said it wouldn't work. He called his supervisor who said he needed a chain snake. The next evening he returned with the chain snake and it proceeded to fall apart IN the drain. He claimed that his colleague didn't put all of the parts in the box correctly so he'd have to come back again for a third time. He came back with his supervisor and they couldn't even get past the trap! They claim they used a camera and they saw a corroded pipe that needed rerouting. I called another plumber who came and cleared the clog in two minutes. They may be a bit less expensive but they are inexperienced and a total waste of time and money!!
