Of course I don't know what the real story was - did they try to take advantage of me or was it an honest mistake? If you're going to deal with them, I'd advise you comparison shop and be VERY clear what the charges are going to be before the work is done.

Not to mention, Mr Unclog's team wore booties and left the basement as nice as before they came, while Roto-Rooter left droplets of pipe sludge all over the place.
