They blamed it on the technician's cellphone app. I was refunded $765.50 that same day. In any event, the work was done well and the charge was high, even taking the refund into account. If you're going to deal with them, I'd advise you comparison shop and be VERY clear what the charges are going to be before the work is done.

He was a very clear communicator in discussing scope, their capabilities, costs, and timing. Quality (5/5): Mauro was incredible on-site! He was courteous and a true professional. He took care of both slow draining sinks in a timely manner and even told me about a part under one of the sinks that could be troublesome down the road. He took care of the sewer scope with ease and was truly kind and welcoming when he had me watch his work examining the drains. Value (5/5): The initial quote from Bob and final bill were certainly reasonable and the work completed truly met/exceeded expectations!
