Lavender Lagoon

The food was delicious and made from scratch! The pimento cheese covered chicken, the pimento cheese burger, and the lavender lagoon were our favorites! I loved the design of the inside also!

What a wonderful experience! This place is so quaint and cute, love the ambience. Stephanie the bartender/waitress was so attentive and one of the kindest people I've ever met! She was able to accommodate our large party for my best friends birthday! And the food is delicious and not to mention the drinks! Stephanie makes some mean drinks so delicious! Definitely will be back and highly recommend! I had the fresh catch which was red snapper with mashed potatoes and greens!

Tiny spot in Springfield, TN. We left the interstate to avoid an accident, and had a good meal here. I had the bangers and mash. Could have used a little more seasoning, but overall good. Mashed potatoes were chunky and well done. My husband had the veggie burger and pub fries. Pub fries were crispy and hot. He enjoyed the veggie burger. We also had pimento cheese and herb toast for an appetizer. I generally prefer my pimento cheese appetizers warm and creamy, but this was served chilled, and still had good seasoning. Drink menu small, a lot of bourbon/whiskey. I had a French 75 that was pretty good. They had various sandwich and pub fare, shepherds pie, as well as salmon, chicken, and pork dishes. Fun detour.

This spot is supper sweet inside. It's small, full or character, the best bartender and wait staff in town, and has delicious options on the menu. I ate here two nights out of three while in town on business and here are my reviews (sorry, I forgot taco pics). Pimento was better than the spinach (it was just a little runny for what I'm used to); but, grilled pita was better than the bread. So- take your pick. French onion- perfect for cold weather. Grilled Cesar with salmon = bam bam shrimp tacos. I can't judge with was better. Tacos aren't on the menu. They switch up every Tuesday. But this week's were great! On- and the old fashioned and lavender bourbon (buzz?) were great. Really mad I didn't shoot photos of night #2

Ok but lacks a little. Nothing really makes me want to go back. They concentrate heavily on bar

But not a fan of mask wearing servers. Makes us uncomfortable. We are happy dining with normal behavior

The small signage made it a little difficult to find inside the Marriott (see pictures), but from the moment we walked in, heard the live piano player and saw the dining area - we knew this would be a great experience. We started off by sharing orders of Lobster Bisque (see picture) and Burrata with Toast (see pictures). We really enjoyed both of them - the Lobster Bisque was so creamy and smooth and the Burrata was cool, fresh and clean. They were a great combination to start our dinner experience and I would recommend both of them. Since it was a Friday during lent, my wife opted for the BBQ Shrimp Pasta (see picture) and I went with the Daily Fish Special on Blue Corn Grits (see picture). As we always do when we go out, we shared our plates and really enjoyed both of them. The BBQ Shrimp Pasta was rich, buttery and smooth and the Fish Special was a tasty white, flaky and blackened fish served on a bed of rich, creamy blue corn grits. Here again, both are highly recommended. While it is one of your more expensive area stops for dinner, you will appreciate the food quality and presentation at Gannons Nashville for your next special occasion. All six of us were delighted with our meals. The portions were large and cooked perfectly. I can't remember a better restaurant experience. They knocked it out of the park!
