When it finally came out, three of our steaks that were ordered medium came out well-done. However, our waitress was extremely apologetic and did not charge me for my plate and another. I recognized her from my very first time here at The Depot, where she was also my server and provided an amazing experience! Even though she handled the situation graciously and we weren't charged, we were still finally leaving by 7:00 PM because of the extensive wait.
