I started coming to Perfect Threading after some bad experiences with Threads Beauty Bar, and so far I am much happier with the quality of work and level of service here. After 3 different threaders at Threads Beauty Bar left, and the random lady who I tried severely messed up my eyebrows, I decided to give Perfect Threading a chance. The girl noticed right away that my eyebrows hadn't been done very well the last time, and understood exactly what I wanted. She was able to fix the mistakes of Threads Beauty Bar, which they supposedly do fairly often as the girl told me that many former Threads clients were switching over to Perfect Threading. I highly recommend this place, and it is much better than Threads. The prices are lower and their work really lives up to their name. read more

On a whim, I decided to treat myself to a facial. And since I am used to getting a facial Indian style (you know, them herbal facepacks and everything with the longest possible massage), I zero'd in on Perfect Threading. I have been here before to get myself de-haired and highly recommend their threading services (Lookout for Sukhi, she knows how to thread fast and with minimal pain) I knew that they do provide facial services as well. I called them up and got an appointment for 2 hours after my call. I walked in, let them know I am here for a facial appointment. Sukhi (the lady who gave me the facial) walked me into one of their private rooms and handed me a "robe" to change into. I opted to get the Shehnaaz Hussain Pearl Facial since I have combination skin. The room is relatively hygenic. However, the sheets on the bed had stains on them, which freaked me out a little. But thankfully, they do use disposable sheets on top of the ones on the bed. I changed into the robe and was all ready for my facial. After the routine of cleansing, scrubbing, steaming, getting rid of blackheads and then applying the face pack, I now have an awesome glow on my skin. The effect is still there and getting better even 2 days after the facial. Sukhi gave me a very relaxing massage during the course of the facial. It was 1.5 hours of bliss. She wasn't very chatty, which I like. The reason I didn't give 5 stars - The stained sheets and the re-used robe kind of disappointed me. As someone who is an OCD about these things, I would expect better. Please replace the sheets and get disposable robes as well. It can be a little on the expensive side. My facial + upper lip threading + tips came to about $75. The pearl facial alone is $55. However, if I come out looking like a superstar everytime, I wouldn't mind being a regular :) read more

After my esthetician from another salon missed our appointment I called PT salon and they were able to fit me in on short notice which was great. I was getting a Brazilian wax. The only thing that was out of the ordinary was the esthetician DID NOT WEAR GLOVES. In all my years of getting Brazilians I have never had someone not wear gloves especially while working below the belt. They also charged extra for my hair being "long" which was four weeks of growth which is about how long I've been told by others to wait between waxes. read more

I decided to give this place a try after all the reviews it has got. I usually go to Threads Beauty Bar for my eyebrows but they are closed on Mondays so I decided I could try this place. There was no waiting but the service was horrible. After going to Threads ,my experience here was like Torture. The lady who did my eyebrows was threading me as if she was trying to pull my skin out. It was soooooo painful!! And When she was done I was all red around my eyebrows which has never happened before. Plus she din't even do a good job I had to point out areas that still needed shaping. More than threading she was just using scissors to trim the long hair. If you are planning on going to this place, STOP!! Go to threads Beauty bar instead its just down the street!! read more

My wife and my daughter love this place. The staff and the owner are very nice and cooperative. We have been going to this place for almost 7 years now. Never had any issues or problems. My whole family trust this place. I would have given 10 stars if available. read more

I really liked this place. It is nice and clean and everyone is pleasant. I was there at 4pm on a weekday and did not wait a minute. This will be my place to go from now on. read more

I've been coming to this place for a while and I've read enough reviews before my first visit that I knew to ask for Simran each and every time. She does a FANTASTIC job and though my face is all red when she's done (I have a VERY low tolerance for pain), I am happy that I look great! I went in today and found out that Simran was on vacation. The lady that did my eyebrows (Sukhi) was HORRIBLE. I thought there was a major advantage to using threading versus tweezing. She was definitely threading my eyebrows but it FELT like she was tweezing them cuz was going ever so slowly and i could feel each single hair getting pulled from the follicle!! When asked questions, she couldn't even respond to them properly (language issues). This was honestly the WORST threading experience I have ever had, not just here, but ANYWHERE. It was so bad that I actually walked in there wanting to get my eyebrows and upper lip done but after the extreme pain from my eyebrows and how freaking slow she was going, I passed on getting the lips done, at least by her. I'll either go to another lady there or go elsewhere for my lips which are WAY more sensitive than my eyebrows. I will go back to this place but from now on, ONLY if Simran is there. I'd rather grow everything out for weeks on end, instead of going through extreme pain with the lady I had today. read more

This is my favorite threading place I've ever been to, and I've been a regular for almost 10 years now! I usually always make an appointment with the owner, Simran, but the random times I've walked in, I've never had a bad experience with any women working there. They are all detailed oriented, clean, and welcoming! Support your local businesses during covid and definitely check them out! read more

I am absolutely in love with this salon! Great management and everyone is so accommodating and kind. I had one of the best facials I've ever had there and am definitely coming back. This is my go-to salon now, I highly recommend it! :) read more

Amazing! Love the service! Simi is a great person and everyone treats you like family. Would highly recommend them.

Great service, reasonably priced and very clean !! I have been coming to this place since 2010 and never had any complaints . Everybody is professional and very friendly, but Simran has to be my favorite ! I have a very sensitive skin and simran is so gentle and patient. she is never in a rush to get things done. I never have issues of redness and cuts on the skin, which I used to have a lot after threading and waxing before I tried her. I don't think , I would think of trying any other place for a long long time as I am very pleased with this salon ..... read more

This place can take forEVER. The good thing is that once you're in the chair, its pretty quick. Since the place has super reasonable prices, there is always a line, so be prepared to wait. I'd give this place four stars but one time they were so rough on the brows I had baby scabs cause they broke the skin! :( read more

I came here becasue Threads Beauty Bar down the street stopped taking walk ins at 4:30 when they close at 5 on SUNDAY! The facilities are very nice and clean, however the lady that threaded my eyebrows was very tough and slow so it HURT. I have a low tolerance for pain ... maybe if I go to the lady that everyone was asking for next time... Good rates. read more

Overall great place! When I lived in Hayward I used to go to Kash Fabrics, they were quick, knew their stuff, and only charged $5.00...now that is a steal! It's hard to find a good threading place sometimes and luckily I found perfect threading, which is not too far from my place. This spot is in a plaza so there is plenty of parking (sweet!) and they open until 7:00, which is prefect for most people but not me (whommpp!) since I work in San Mateo and sometimes get out late - not their fault though. I think the only drawback about this place, aside from the price since it's more expensive than Kash but less than other places, is that it really depends on who you get. Don't get me wrong, everyone at Perfect Threading is good, however, I think the amount of pain you experience here depends on who you get. Fortunately I've never had anyone that made me want to scream ::knock on wood:: but there are some I've had that it was a little bit more painful than normally. Probably my go to spot in the Tri-Valley! read more

I love this place! Great location with Great service and reasonable rates. They have lots of staff, short wait. I never wait more than 10 min. if that : ) Want a NICE & CLEAN shape on your BROWS? Stop here, ~ Ask for Rashpal ~ read more

I went here today because I was referred by a friend, whose eyebrows always look amazing. Now I wasn't expecting my brows to look like hers because hers are a lot fuller than mine. I had been growing my brows out for a couple months because people kept taking too much off. They were pretty much all filled in when I came here except for one spot. I told her to work around that spot bc I want it to grow back, I'll just fill it in. She said okay but she didn't listen she took too much off that spot and off of the tail so now I am in the same position as I was in two months ago before I grew them out. I was disappointed bc I feel like the lady who did my brows was just ready to go home (she said that when I asked her how she was) so instead of taking her time to work around my problem areas she just took the easy route and followed the shape. I think that if you have completely full brows then this place will be okay for you, but if you're trying to get your brows on track you should try somewhere else. read more

Pardeep's hands are magical!! I have been going to Pardeep at perfect threading for a couples years now for my eyebrows. I am very picky and she has always done a perfect job. I finally decided to have a facial done by her and she is beyond amazing! She has soothing, strong, magical hands!!! I will be going to her for my facials from now on. Thank you Pardeep!!! I really appreciate you read more

This small place is located in the middle of a strip mall and parking is always easy. I've gotten my eyebrows and upper lip threading and my underarms waxed. Eyebrows $7, upper lip $5 and underarm wax $12. They use quality thread and I have not had the experience of it snapping on me unlike at Threads down the street (plus I've BLED from threading at Threads, WTF?!). There is an older granny lady who does my waxing. She is efficient. It's like when your mother/granny/sister is brushing out the knots in your hair. She had a firm and nurturing touch. Pros: no wait, fast, clean read more

PT Salon - Skin Care Near Me - Dublin, California

Today I had gone for a face wax! I was so scared initially since It was first time for me and I have thick, course, long hair but Simi did a fantastic job on me!! She used a hard wax and was so gentle & soft.. It was painless waxing for me .. Simi and her staff exactly know what they are doing with the customer. Simi recommended to use face mask since it was first time for me to reduce little bit of redness.. I came out with a glowing skin with no redness and bumps. It din't seem I got FIRST TIME FACE WAX done.. Of course everyone's skin type and pain level is different but if you ever want to face wax I would recommend perfect threading !! You will be in good hands :) So happy with the result... read more

I always take an appointment before I go and mention all the services I need, but every single time they are busy. The person who I request for will always have another appointment almost during the same time or 15 mins into my appointment. They always rush you and make you feel like they have kick u out. Service is really bad, they do 80% and the rest 20% is always undone and if u request for it, they get angry. i would rate it -5 stars for the service. read more

I have been coming here for the last two years to get my eyebrows threaded. I prefer threading over waxing and they do a good job. It's a clean location and the workers are very nice and friendly. I was looking for a place to get my eyebrows done and my sister recommended here. It was easy to find and super clean and cute inside. It was my first time and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I put myself on the waitlist, which was really convenient and really easy since I didn't have to wait for anyone. Then I was called up within minutes and had my eyebrows threaded to perfection. Definitely will be coming here again. read more

I went here for full waxing and eyebrows . Waxing was fine but the lady who was working on my eyebrows cut into my skin while using scissors and then she panicked and she dropped scissors in my lap which tumbled down to my feet , just short of poking me there She literally chopped my skin off near my right eyebrow which didn't stop bleeding for 15 min . I am about to leave on vacation with this beauty mark on my forehead now read more

I have been coming here for a year and I've always had a great experience with Deeksha. She is very sweet and super friendly. She makes the pain as low as possible which is always a plus! I have been going for facial full face threading over the years and have found the best consistent threaders at Perfect threading! My skin is very sensitive and the expertise of threaders makes a BIG difference to the outcome especially pain-free and rash free. My go-to person Raman is on leave and i was recommended a new person Sauma (Afghani lady sorry might have misspelled the name) and she was fantastic. Literally feather touch and pain-free totally an expert and once the redeness subsided i see great quality threading with no hair left out. Thank you Sauma and perfect threading! You guys are awesome! Also highly recommend facials here! read more

They usually do a good job until yesterday... i went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up, told the lady do not re-shape i just want them cleaned up.. well she made my eyebrows super thin, they do not match i literally have two completely different shaped eyebrows!! The salon was packed cause it was Friday eve but I still managed to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. the female shaped my eyebrows quickly and it's was less painful too. But would love to come back once they loose their shape. I was charged around $15 for both which is a decent price read more

Work was decent but big time attitude. I rather pay a bit more and go to a customer friendly shop.

I've been going to this threading place since I was 16, and I'm 23 now. I will never return to this place. The lack of professionalism and upright DISREGARD for appointments should shut this place down. Diksha and Rani are great and if you do happen to go to this place that shouldn't even call itself a business, give them your service. Management is completely inept in handling customer service issues. As someone who works in customer service, I know how a manager should react and deal with situations. This is what happened. I called this morning to make an appointment with my favorite esthetician, Diksha. They told me 3 and even though it was later than I had planned, I worked with it. Then TWO hours later they called saying "oh the customer prior to you was 15 minutes late so we have to push back your appointment." 1. Why am I being penalized because the person before me was late? That has absolutely nothing to do with me. 2. At this point I'm pretty upset. I have an appointment elsewhere at 3:30 so I told them I could come and see Diksha later at 4 or 4:15. They tell me this isn't possible and offer me an appointment for another day. This is how you treat a customer after 7 years? Absolutely horrendous. 3. The manager (she never introduced herself) calls me back (apparently I was speaking on the phone with her but she NEVER identified herself as manager on the phone) saying Diksha can fit me in at 3:45. I say great.. I said I can't make it till 4. Yet again she offers to book me for another day. 4. Why is the customer being punished for SOMEONE else? Then I say go ahead and put me down but I won't be able to make it. Then I call again to confirm and she says there's nothing I can do. I said I'm going to come in as a walk in and you should work with me, constantly asking for a manager and once again, did not IDENTIFY AS A MANAGER. 5. Some lady in a white robe who is apparently above this so called manager came to speak with me once I came to the actual store. This so called manager below her is clearly incapable of doing anything for customer service issues and I feel as if she was just pretending to be one at this point LOL. The lady in a white robe type shirt came over and said yes I understand and actually got Diksha to come do my eyebrows. At this point it's awkward and everyone's mean mugging me. Sorry that I like to defend my time? ALSO they didn't offer me any kind of compensation. Not that I expected anything but after this whole ordeal (and I'm sick, currently losing my voice) you'd think they would have done SOMETHING. I also was driving from BERKELEY to come here while I was in college. That is some pure dedication. I referred friends here. I'm absolutely heart broken by this treatment. Overall, I might return once more just till I can find another location. APPOINTMENTS DON'T MEAN anything at this establishment read more

I came here with a couple friends before watching a movie at Regal in the evening. It's a beautiful salon because of the modern-ness. Anyways, service was on-par and waiting wasn't too bad (had a movie to catch). I would recommend this to anyone that's in the area. Will be back. read more

I have been going to this Salon in Dublin (4550 Dublin Blvd.) for almost the entire year but never though of leaving a review. I'm very pleased I'd had my eyebrow and upper lip threaded in this Salon. Last month due to shortage of time i went to different place to get my eyebrow done and salon lady totally messed up my eyebrows. After a month I came to Perfect threading to fix my eyebrows . Deep did my eyebrows and she did a great job. I am really impressed she took her own time to fixed my eyebrows . Today first time i tried waxing as well, Deep did a clean and painless job. This place is warm and cozy. Overall the cleanliness, professionalism and speed of the staff here is fantastic. Today i also look for other services and i will definitely come back for facial !!
