I am always nervous about getting my eyebrows done. But not this time!! When i first walked in, the salon was so nice and CLEAN!! Good sign for me. I was promptly greeted upon my entrance. I only waited about 8 minutes. The stylist, Rajani was so kind and her touch was so soft, I felt as if I wasnt even being threaded. To my surpeise, I had the best eyebrow shape of my life! Next I needed a brazillian, and Pardeep was my waxer. Never had a better brazillian in my LIFE!! I cant wait to come back. read more

This salon seemed to be in a bit of a rush when I stopped by. Very short greeting, quick silent service, lotion blotted onto my eyebrows. I guess I'm comparing it to the salon I usually go to which takes every chance to make you feel welcomed, relaxed and comfortable; down to massaging the lotion into my brows. Call me a diva but I appreciate the extra effort. Still a decent rating because my eyebrows did come out really nicely. read more

Th only place out here so far that hasn't complete fucked up my eyebrows. I am letting them grow back in but I will return here.

Really, really impressed with this place! They shape my eyebrows the best out of any salon in the are. Quick and efficient, as well

Love this place. It's fast, clean, and wayyyy cheaper than Threads. And they don't charge you extra for "extra growth" aka bushy eyebrows, unless you have a straight up unibrow. I like that the ladies are not teenagers. They really know what they are doing. No one breaks the thread and accidentally snaps the thread on your face. They offer other things like body wraps and waxing. I've yet to try any of that stuff. But the threading is superb. I'm always happy with the work they do. read more

Horrible service. I've given this place and these people so many chances but they are just horrible. I kept hearing about simrin and how she's great so I made an appointment with her to do my full face including brows... when I got there she just started on my right brow (seemed like she wqs hesitatant when some one she knew walks in and her attention completely goes to that person looks like she knew the girl. She stops in what she's doing and tells me she will have someone else do my brows and leaves to greet this How are you feeling now? and talk to them and then she starts to do this persons upper lip. This little girl comes up to me and says to she continue the service on me.. i was soooo offended by simrin leaving a customer who had made an appointment with her personally to go assist someone she seemed to know.. this was very rude and unprofessional! She didn't even apologize she just left !! This was my another experience with them and it was not pleasant ! She made me feel like I was not as important as other customers!! Few months later I return to give them and NOT simrin another chance...which turned out to be another disappointment. The girl who did my full face made me bleed!!! My cheeks and chin were bleeding!!! And she made one brow shorter than the other !!!!!! And when I was done she said cash tips only and I told her I only have 3 dollars in cash so then she said then we can use your card and add tip that way.... emmm okay she I guess she wanted a higher tip for making my face bleed... the next day I noticed she missed a few spots on my face for the full face Threading and so I called and they said to come in and she will take care of it right away. When u arrived I had to wait 20 mins the girl at thr front desk says she has a few people lined up and when she's thru she can help you... emmm really??? I just got up and told them I don't have time to wait it's taking too long and left. I hate this place and the people who work there are so fake and rude.. they have no customer service skills.. they pretend to be nice but it's soo obvious that it is fake! I rather just do all my services at threads beauty bar their customer service is genuine and professional! read more

I am prompted to write this review because I see that the business managers of Perfect Threading have been duly responding to all negative reviews received for their service on this forum. I have been your regular client since a year now. I come every 1-2 months, and $120 + Tip is typically what I'm billed for the services I take from your salon. Since my per visit bill exceeds $100, I can consider myself a "valued" customer who's review your business managers would read and pay heed to. The services at your salon are "moderately good", if not the best, especially in comparison to the more upscale salons and spas in the same neighborhood. Now my issue is not with your services; it is the lack of people skills and good etiquette in your professionals - especially this one lady who's photograph appears on this forum. [She is dressed in black and white in the photograph.] She stares and sneers at me sarcastically every time I visit the salon. It is so disconcerting sometimes that I feel like walking up to her to give her a piece of my mind. But getting into an altercation with a stupid and small-time employee is something I would avoid doing. I wonder if this "aesthetician" of yours is even certified, and from where does she get the audacity to behave with her employer's regular client like that? Your clients are typically educated women, mostly from India, working at high-income professional positions in the Bay Area. You need to train your girls - especially the woman in black and white who's photograph appears on this forum - in etiquette and good manners so that they know how to cater to educated clients. As you'd understand better, this employee of yours doesn't need to be very educated to learn basic manners and courtesies. Might I add here that barring this one employee of yours, I've never really had any issue with any other employee at your salon. I am a disappointed client - not in your services - but the treatment I've been receiving from this employee of yours every time I visit your salon. But being in the shoes of a client puts me in a position of choice, given that Dublin now has so many beauty salons around. When an employee behaves bad with a client, she does more damage to her employer than to the client. How can you run a hospitality business with an employee like this who's unpleasant demeanor and rude mannerism clearly overshadows any aesthetic skills she may have? read more

I walked in at 2 pm on weekday. It is 2.20 and am still just sitting there waiting for my turn. There is not a single customer in the store, 3 ladies available to work on me n yet 20 mins wait time so far.. they r all inside chit chatting.. The lady at the reception did not even think it necessary to keep me posted on what's happening. I asked her after ten minutes n she says it will be another ten mins... after ten mins one of the workers came out n said something to the receptionist which sounded like more wait time... n after another minute of discussion they took me in !!! I have been here few times before n the girls do a very good job but the customer service sucks... especially the receptionist with no warmth or people skills... read more

I hate to write this review; however it's been on my mind for the past week of the professionalism of this business. I was recommended this place and heard the stylists did a good job threading. After growing my eyebrows for the past 3 months, I decided to visit the salon on Friday night, February 1st. I happened to be the last customer that evening. As I was waiting for my turn, I could feel the vibe from the 3 employees there that they wanted to go home. When it was my turn, I sat in the chair and advised the stylist (didn't get her name) I've been growing my eyebrows for the last couple months and I wanted a full look. I showed her a picture of eyebrows I wanted and for her to just clean up the stragglers. She smiled and asked if I filled in my eyebrows. Which I do occasionally, if needed. She threaded my eyebrows and in 5 minutes it was done. She gave me the mirror and I showed her some stragglers and asked if she can clean them up. She didn't and advised it would make my eyebrows thin. I didn't look closely at my eyebrows as I can hear the other employees talk about closing at 7pm. I paid and off I went. After drive 2 hours home, I checked my eyebrows and clearly my brows were not even. My left eyebrows were clearly missing a section, because the stylist went overboard and threaded the front. The following day, I called in and spoke to a gentleman, Zed (sp) and he was kind. He apologized and advised that he would speak to management and have them call me. As of today (a week later), I have not heard from management nor the gentleman. I'm still frustrated and disappointed that I put trust into a person to mess up on my brows. Also, for a established business to lack professionalism. I would not recommend anyone to come to this establishment. read more

Walked in during lunch, and had a short wait, so I enjoyed the Bollywood music videos on display. She listened to what I wanted, was quick & painless. Pricing is very reasonable. I'll definitely be back! read more

Best place for my brows. They're fast, friendly and efficient. Roman & Simin & Simi do a great job. The place is clean and they also have a point system. Every so often I get a free brow threading. I don't trust any other place with my brows. The only place I go! I get them done every 3 weeks or so unless there's a special occasion I'll go in sooner. I always get compliments on my brows too! :) read more

Saw this place and walked in. There was a sign to sign in with no one manning the counter. After ten minutes of waiting someone finally came out and told me 'sorry we are closed', tried to make a point that when I came in the door was open and And the store hours were in operation. She insisted that I return at another date. Very poor customer service, but based on other reviews I guess this is normal for this place. I don't care how good they are but they really need to fix their customer service especially for the price they charge. read more

I come here once a month to get my eyebrows threaded. Simi does them perfectly and always makes sure to ask if my eyebrows are threaded how I like them to be and will make adjustments if necessary. Peaceful, ambient salon and great environment. read more

Great place to get threaded! I was in and out in 10 minutes and for $7 + tip you really can't beat that!! If you haven't tried threading, it is so much better than waxing your brows! It doesn't hurt, no red face and no pimples. Also, no need to stress if the wax is clean or fresh, it's a brand new piece of thread :) read more

I've been going to Perfect Threading for sometime now... Everyone I've gone to are really good except for one!! I don't know her name, but I know what she looks like and every time I get her I request "clean up only!!" And she takes half of my eyebrows off every single time. I've tried giving her chances, but no more! Yesterday was the last time I will allow her to thread my eyebrows! Now I have to let them grow back fuller like I like them. Thank goodness for eyebrow pencil!! read more

This is where I go for my eyebrows, and I love the job that Simran - the owner - does with the shaping (people are always asking me where I get mine done!). Simran herself is really nice and sweet! Th place is always busy, even during weekdays, so I guess they really know how to keep their clients happy and returning :) read more

This review has been a long time coming! I have been coming to this place since July 2010. I love this place!! Simran is fantastic. At first I would only go to her, but she is pretty popular and hard to book slots with her. So I had to finally give up and trust some of the other women Lol Anyone who works there leaves my brows looking nice. They have great people working there. Always a friendly atmosphere. Great location and great prices! It's tough to get out there only because I drive from Concord, but it's worth the drive! read more

I read the reviews here and went here for waxing - the ladies were great but my big complaint was the cleanliness of the place. The clothes they gave me to change into were dirty and had wax stuck on it - hadn't been washed. The sheet on the table was also dirty and had wax stuck on it - they did out table paper on it but that did ot stay in place. May give them one more chance and then decide whether to go back or not. read more

I go here on a regular basis for my threading and wax and generally I prefer Rajni for all my services. But yesterday as she was busy with some other clients I decided to go with whoever available, probably a wrong decision came back home with an uneven eyebrow and even my skin being peeled off during wax in underarms, though the lady who did my wax was nice just not properly trained, she just pulls the strip in waxing even before it is properly sticked result being breaking into small hairs rather than removing the hairs from the skin and same with eyebrows. read more

Not impressed. The lady calling names was not organized. Eyebrows were not even and the wait was long (20 minutes). Went to Threads directly after so they could fix my uneven eyebrows. And buy reading previous reviews, this establishment needs training intervention in treading/customer service with their employees. read more

I have been coming to this salon since it opened years ago and have been a loyal customer since! Originally, when there were only a few ladies working, Simran was around very often help customers out. She immediately became my favorite, and while I do prefer her for threading, I have had no problem with anyone else. Everyone is friendly and understanding, especially of people with sensitive skin like me. While I was in college, I would try to wait until I was home to come here for all my threading needs. This will always be my first choice for a salon and I hope their service and quality stays exceptional for years to come! read more

Simran here does and amazing job on my eyebrows! The place is clean, the ladies are nice and it's so convenient! read more

This review is regarding the customer service. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here and have done waxing a couple of times and thought them to be really good. But I was super annoyed with the customer service last time. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and wrote my name in the book to let them know I was waiting. Waited for almost half an hour without being called. I was under the impression that people who walked in after me had appointments and hence I was made to wait. But after I saw someone who just walked in being called, went and checked the book. There were several names written after me and they were all inside. Talked to the girl who came out and she said " they will call you" without even looking at the list. If you have a system in place for waiting, make sure everyone follows it. If not you will get annoyed customers. I don't think I am coming back! read more

These guys rock. They're in the shopping center with Chase next to Toyota and behind Best Buy. From the second you walk thru the door you're treated like royalty. One of the cleanest salons I've ever set foot in. They offer threading, waxing, facials and henna tattoos. While we where there it looked like eyebrow threading was their specialty. Will most definitely be back. Thanks Perfect Threading Beauty Salon!! read more

Not happy at all...never going back told her to keep it thick and just clean up and seems like my half eyebrows are gone...do you have experience!!! So mad very very very mad for ruining my day and the special event..sucks can't express more frustration read more

Dropped by Subway next door for lunch one day and figured I would pop in and have my eyebrows threaded- so glad I did! Heena did a great job on my brows, there was no one else there so no wait and she really took her time to make sure they were perfect. I don't think I've ever had a threader spend so much time doing my brows but that's probably because I usually go in the evenings when it's busy and they are rushed. Eyebrows are $9, minimum charge to use credit card is $10. Really clean and comfortable salon. Will be back! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Perfect Threading. The location and decor is extremely beautiful with great service to match it. They truly care about their customers and have great attention to detail. I'm glad I found this gem and will be coming back. read more

This review is long due....this place is nice! I get my eyebrows done regularly for past 5 yrs through Simran . She is friendly, also has waxing, facials with other people working in Perfect threading and they usually accommodate my needs. I have extremely sensitive skin and they do tailor it to my skin type. Have been to other places in tri valley - Dublin/ Pleasanton/ San Ramon but either they were not good service wise or too rude or too pricey! All in all Perfect Threading is a nice, friendly and gives good service! read more

Simran did great Job on my eyebrows. I would definitely recommend to others for eyebrows salon is very neat&clean they do great customer services I am really impressed from their awesome job read more

i went here during the afternoon on a monday with my mom and sister. there was an older woman who was the only one threading that day, didnt catch her name. i was in some need of cleaning up my eyebrows, so i decided to check this place out since i was in the area and this shop had high reviews too! it costs $7 to get your brows threaded. i was pretty disgusted with the seating there. they were yellow couches with stains on them in the waiting room. definitely did not want to sit down. there were indian music videos playing on a flat screen with bad reception. had to wait several minutes because there was another client ahead of me. i told her that i came in for a brow cleanup and that i didnt like my eyebrows thin. what felt like 3 minutes later, i got a shape that was thinner than i wanted and they were not symmetrical. one brow was shaped way higher than the other. i pointed out to her about the problem i had and she didnt want to fix it for me. so i walked back to the waiting area where my mom and sister was and my mom immediately pointed out the problem on my eyebrows. it was then when my mom and sister pointed out that my eyebrows were uneven, that she decided to fix it. my eyebrows were even thinner after evening them out. i wouldnt want to come back and have that same woman thread my eyebrows. i would come back and see if i have the same problem with another person since threading is cheap here. some guy had come in to ask for services for men, apparently they only thread for women! read more

If you're lucky enough to come when there is no wait, they are quick and cheap! Only $9 for eyebrows. I recommend getting there early when they open and you can be in and out in less than 10 minutes. read more

Much better place than threads beauty down Dublin Blvd. The ladies are nicer and it's cheaper. I will always be coming here.

I had to go somewhere else since my normal threader was off like 3 weeks. I didn't want to go to Deepa at Santa Clara cuz she royally screwed up one of my eyebrows!. I had to be in Dublin and decided to give this place a try. There was no wait as soon as I came in on a mon afternoon. Two threaders working, older gal was working on client. The experience was pretty good. It didn't hurt at all. She finished one eyebrow first and had me take a look for an approval before proceeding with the other eyebrow. Score! She definitely didn't rush through the whole threading, making sure it look good. I would go back but I just wish they were closer. read more

I have been getting my brows threaded since this place opened with Simran and Pam. They have great service and always make my brows look perfect. read more

I have been going to this place for over 2 years now to get my eyebrows threaded and upper lips cleaned up. I occasionally get my waxing needs fixed up as well. So far I have always received great service especially if you get it done with SImran. The only problem being she's so busy that you almost always have to get an appointment but it is all worth it. Some of the other gals do a good job as well, and I have never had a disappointing experience there. Plus it is so close to where I live, I have found my go to place for a long time. read more

I've never had any problems with this place. Awesome customer service & my eyebrows are always looking fierce and fabulous. I always get lots of compliments on my brows! Romain is really good & so is Shewlta. (I probably didn't spell their names right). But everyone who works there does a great job and are very sweet. I always recommend this place when someone asks me where they should get their brows done. read more

Came here because my normal waxing place couldn't see me today. I ended up getting my eyebrows threaded for the first time here at Perfect Threading and absolutely loved it...My eyebrows look AMAZING! My main concern was if threading hurt more than waxing and from what I experienced there was little to no pain. The workers were very nice and took their time... 10/10 would recommend! I forgot to ask the name of the lady doing my eyebrows but she was amazing!! This is most definitely my new eyebrow spot, no questions asked!! read more

I have been coming to this place for years now. Great customer service and very neat and organized place.

I just went to perfect threading for a wax and the aesthetician double dipped the stick throughout. I asked her about it and she advised that is their regular practice unless private parts are being waxed. I was appalled and checked the consumer affairs bureau guidelines. It prohibits double dipping so clearly they are not adhering to the state standards. I would rather pay extra and go to a place where the standards are maintained. read more

Came here based on yelp reviews.. Agree.. No long wait.. Taken in & serviced by young girl. So so job.. Not impressed. Cheap price might make me come back but the older threader/owner lady just sat there, did not say a word and seemed pissed off. Itd be nice to have elicited a smile or hello if you want new customers to come back! read more
