Used to come here all the time to get my eyebrows threaded, but ever since they expanded their salons, service at this specific salon has slowed down! Before you can just walk in, sign in & wait about 5 minutes to get your brows done, but lately it's been taking 20+ mins lately. I go to their Pleasanton salon & there is little to NO wait! They're quicker over there than this one in Dublin. I waited a little too long today just for brows, and there were 3 ahead of me. It didn't help the employees were constantly talking while working on a client, making our wait times longer. I had to walk out- first time doing that. Don't go here if you're in a rush or have somewhere to be within the hour. Go visit their Pleasanton location!! read more

Really disappointed with my experience. I was a walk in and the receptionist said it would be fine. The person who did my eyebrows (I didn't catch her name) rushed through my eyebrows and it was a really painful session. I had asked her to keep my eyebrows thick because I've been growing them out and she threaded off months of growth. My eyebrows are thin and uneven. She seemed to be having a bad day based on her mood and how hard she was going on the threading. It's been a couple of hours and the skin around my eyebrows is still red and swollen (she didn't offer to apply aloe). When I brought up the painful experience, how she rushed through my eyebrows and how they're uneven she and the receptionist started gaslighting me and eventually she said "you were a walk in and I have appointments." I don't understand why they told me they had time to take me in if they were going to provide me with subpar services just because I'm a walk in. I used to love this place, I'll have to find another salon... read more

Went for eyebrow with Rajni and she completely ruined it. Asked her not to do thin brows but instead she didn't do regular clean up even. Asked her thrice to fix but lastly I gave up. Please don't go read more

first time coming here and absolutely loved the service. thank you Lovely for taking care of me here!

This is my favorite place to get my eye brows done. I trust them when it comes to threading my eyebrows. I always ask for a clean up because my brows grow pretty fast and they always give me the clean look I'm going for. Also they are super nice and friendly. read more

Homaira is the best stylist I have ever been to. My hair is very long and I am a very picky customer who is hard to please. Her patience and expertise goes beyond any professional I have been to. Great prices as well. Must go. Salon also offers threading in which I tried and really enjoy! read more

Anjali is just the best! Very friendly, very patient & extremely professional. Loved all that she did for me. Highly recommend her.

Had a great experience at Perfect Threading Salon yesterday. While waiting in the car with my daughter who had an appt at Allure Hair Salon, I saw Perfect Threading right next door. I decided to Yelp them . Great reviews and since I was due for my brows I thought I would give it a try. When you walk in, you instantly want to smile and just gives you a happy feeling. Sounds weird, but it's so inviting and bright in there when you walk in. Their floral backdrop is just gorgeous! I was greeted with a very friendly receptionist. You sign in on an iPad and you get a reminder on your phone with your appt time. I was a walk in at about 5pm on a Tuesday and was taken right away. I can't remember the name of my girl, but it started with an "R" she was great! Very professional and more importantly my brows were on fleek! I guess one thing I wondered is why they don't fill your brows for you to complete the looking. Not a big deal though. For sure will be back! read more

Perfect Threading gives you the perfect eyebrow shape just by telling them what you want. It's all in the name, Perfect Threading. Thank you for the beautiful brows. read more

Love this place! They follow all necessary COVID protocols while still being friendly and professional. I had a bad experience with a service at the Castro Valley location and after bringing it to the attention of management, they made the situation right and were very helpful. No questions asked, just handled the situation. They do amazing work for reasonable prices! Rajni does my eyebrows so perfectly, but the Dublin location has multiple talented associates. Definitely recommend. read more

I came in on a Sunday because I desperately needed to get my brows done. I didn't have to wait very long, less than 5 minutes. The lady was nice enough, I asked for a trim and slight shaping. First and foremost, her hands did not seem very clean. She had just finished threading a customer and then started working on mine after writing some stuff down on a clipboard. I was already starting to dread getting my eyebrows done by her after I saw this. I hate when people touch my face with unclean hands ( it spreads bacteria and makes me break out). She did my brows in less than 5 minutes. I have never gotten my brows done in 5 minutes. Every time I have had my eyebrows threaded, they have taken around 20 - 25 min. I didn't want to even look at my brows after she finished doing them. There were still some stray hairs on my right brow, but I did not even bother to ask her to fix it. I'm scared that she would have ended up ripping even more hair off. She also took a little too much hair off the top of my brows... I hate when this happens because it looks so unnatural, and it is so hard to fix. Not coming here again. I hate having to fix others' mistakes especially when I already paid for a service. I am currently breaking out on my brows. and I am pretty sure it is because her hands were not clean enough. Ugh i am so disgusted. I usually never break out around my brow area. This has never happened when I went to other brow places either. read more

Very bad customer service . I had to wait for 50 mins to get eyebrow done . They attended all other customers and made us wait for 40 min just for eyebrow waxing which took only 5 mins . They kept saying they were understaffed and we were the only customer who was kept waiting. Very disappointed . read more

My girlfriend really wanted her eyebrows done so I hopped on my laptop and went straight to Yelp and typed in "best threading salon." Yelp proceeded to give me a list of places and I saw that this place was nearby and had great reviews so I said honey, lets giz-oh! We walked in, I was amazed. This place was clean and even had a dope flower wall, as we were taking in the aesthetics of the shop we were greeted by a friendly smile. My girlfriend was then immediately seated, and told the threader how she wanted her eyebrows done. I believe her name was Simran. Before I even got past the opening credits of Game of Thrones my girlfriend was standing there with glorious eyebrows. I asked her what she thought, she said that they were on fleek. So she was pleased which made me pleased. This place definitely will have repeat customers and I highly recommend going. read more

I walked in to this threading joint at about 6:30pm on a Saturday when I realized my regular place was closed. Thankfully, Yelp guided me here to make sure my eyebrows were on point for the evening. I had a poker tournament to go to so I did not want to distract anyone with some bushy brows =) I walked in and put my name on the sign in sheet. There were a couple of other people waiting so I asked the woman at the front desk if they would have time for me. She let me know that they would and I sat down and waited for my turn. I noticed there was a sign that said that tips were cash only. Being a 30 something, I only pay with a card these days. I sent a text to my husband who was at Subway to grab some cash so I could make sure to tip my threader. Just a few minutes later, my threader called for me and i quickly found myself being groomed. I have uneven arches and she was awesome at making sure both eyebrows looked good without making them too thin just to even them out. My session was quick and efficient. I grabbed the tip money from the husband and gave it to my threader. I went to the front to pay and saw there was a tip line on the credit card receipt. When I asked about the cash only I was told they are trying to reinforce cash tipping while they are working on the credit card tipping. It felt a little strange but at least I now know those signs are a recommendation only. I will definitely return when I am in need of some grooming. The staff was friendly, efficient and made me feel welcome as a walk in client. read more

That moment when you have to give the threader specific instructions about how to make your eyebrows better because her first attempt was uneven... It was a little embarrassing, frustrating, and I sounded demanding, but I wouldn't pay to have my eyebrows done if I could shape them myself. I drove out to this location and specifically requested Simran only to get some other lady. After giving specific instructions based on her first attempt, she did just an ok job, but now that I'm home I'm going to have to touch it up. Conclusion: Simran is the only one that should be threading anyone's eyebrows at this location. Every other person that I've gone to seems to be just average, and you can get just average almost anywhere. In fact, I've stopped going here. read more

Giving Pravina at PT Salon FIVE stars for the way she's saved my eyebrows! My mom recommended I ask for her and I will always come to her now. I have been getting eyebrows done from this place for some years now. Didn't realize that they do facials too. Tried Simi for my very first facial here yesterday and the massage was heavenly. Finally a salon with fantastic waxing services! I was visiting New India Bazaar next door for groceries and I happened to spot this salon. Not having found a waxing salon that I've liked till date in the Bay Area, I keep trying new places all the time. So I decided to give Perfect Threading Salon a shot. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon to get my hands waxed. Diksha, who was at the reception quickly accommodated me and took me in. She was quick and brilliant in her service. I was out of the place in 15 minutes, completely satisfied with my waxing. My search for a good waxing salon is finally over and l'm sure I'll be back soon. read more

I'm sure there are plenty of good threaders at this salon so I don't want to bash the whole Business but if you care about your eyebrows beware of Simar/Simran she will ruin them! She did not listen to what I wanted at all and ruined months of eyebrow growth for me! And yelled at ME when I called her out on her lack of training! She didn't even bother to dust off the hair from my face when she was done how unprofessional especially for the amount they charge! read more

I visit pt salon Dublin location today for threading and I really liked the way Anjali did my eyebrows very painless.

Best place with best service, that provides all the beauty services one can ask for. Amazing staff. From front desk to all the amazing talented beauticians who work there. All of them are really good and know what they are doing. I especially recommend Diksha. She is a pro. Knows what she is doing. And she make my eyebrows look beautiful every time i visit her. So thank you Diksha and thank you Perfect Threading Salon. Oh almost forgot, they have many locations and i have visited three so far- Dublin, Pleasanton and Castro valley. And five stars for all the locations. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I didn't see many comments on their facials so I thought I'd share my experience. I chose the Express facial ($45 for about 30 mins) because I wanted to do some blackhead extractions. My facialist basically soaked my skin in multiple products...to the point where product got into both of my eyes. When it came time to remove blackheads, she was running the tool all over my face. Yet, I took a look in the mirror after and noticed that a lot of my blackheads were still there (I went to a skin specialist today and she commented on how I should get a facial) & my skin didn't look refreshed or glowy as I expected it to be. Don't get me wrong, my facialist was so kind & everything seemed clean! But, overall, it wasn't worth $45. read more

Anjali gave me a wax today and she was fantastic! I got there at 4:00 and by 4:30 I was done with getting my full arms, legs, and bikini line waxed (mind you, it had been ten weeks since my last wax so there was plenty of hair growth). Very professional, quick, and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend her to anyone considering a wax! read more

Was fast, friendly, and did a great job! Also DOESN'T charge men more :) This is the only place in the area I could find that doesn't! Which is wild because charging differently for anything (including haircuts and threading) based on gender is illegal in California (CA Civil Code 51.6) read more

Love their services! I have gotten waxed and threaded here and they always meet/exceed my expectations. Their website makes it super easy to get an appointment too! I frequent the Dublin location, but I've been to the Pleasanton one which is also nice. Great place for a quick eyebrow thread. They loose a star for having a complicated booking system - I booked on line, then had to book again when I arrived ? - but that might have been because they were busy and three people were all trying to get me booked in at the same time. Will be returning. read more

Service is not worth the price. I have acne and wanted a facial to calm my skin. Thought of getting a herbal facial. This girl tried to convince me to a facial that was more expensive. When I asked her the difference, she said "herbal might give u more acne." That's all the description she was able to provide. The girl who did my facial seemed brand new. Just a suggestion, when u have someone brand new who is learning, let the customer know if they are wanting to spend so much money on someone who is under training. Took me 2 and a half hour there just for a facial and threading. I would definitely avoid this place if u r someone who wants to be done on time. read more

Must say, I was not 100% satisfied when I got my eyebrows done yesterday (and I wrote a review to get my feelings heard). However, this morning, I got a call from the manager and she was extremely sweet, stated that they always stand by there work and to please come back and she will fix them. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted and they were happy to clean up what I was not satisfied with the day before. Now my eyebrows look great! To me, the fact that they reached out to make it right and take pride in their customer service was an A+ for me. At this place, the customer is always right. read more

Along with threading, they do bleach, waxing, facials, make up, etc. Pretty good prices too! The ambiance and decor are great, it's a very classy salon. I've been coming here since they opened up! I always got my eyebrows done by Simran, she's quick and efficent and I always loved my eyebrows afterwards. After that, when they started to get busier and had more employees, so I rarely got her. I got different results with each threader, sometimes they were good, other times they would do them too thin even though I told I just want a clean up. Other times, some would leave some obvious hairs in and I would have to finish the job myself. So after a year of having different threaders, I finally started calling to make sure that there are not a lot of people already waiting and that simran will be available. Speaking of the wait, sometimes it can be long! They have a sing in sheet but it gets long esp on the weekends. In the beginning it was walk-ins, which started to get difficult so they started taking appointments (still speaking of eyebrows). Now it is walk-ins for eyebrows, everything else like facials and waxing etc is by appointment. I still call every time before I go in and make sure I will not have to wait too long. The price for eyebrows went up too, it went from 5 to 7 to 9, which I don't get cuz it's not like they are using more thread on us lol. Even though I've been a loyal customer for almost 3 years, I have only gotten my eyebrows done here, but soon I will try the make a bleach/facial appointment as well. So look out for the update! *update- I have come back for the bleach and mini-facial, the women who did they services were very good and careful. The mini-facial did not feel mini in anyway, it was a full hour and very relaxing, I will update once I try the facial. read more

Went for threading my eyebrows for the first time after covid and I'm happy to say that the place is following all precautionary measures and did a wonderful job with my eyebrows. read more

Once i waited 56 minutes in the waiting room and had a lady just walk in and cut me and three other ladies who were waiting patiently....the owner didn't try to step in or give an explanation why they took her immediately and we all had been waiting for so long. Oh, i also called ahead to make sure they weren't busy and i didn't have to wait long, they were very happy to tell me to come in and that it was fine. Another time I waited a good 20-30 minutes before getting worked on. Today i went and was ready to be taken before i even finished signing in. .... it's kind of inconsistent. I've been worked on by 3 different ladies. The two younger girls did a good job, another older one was better. I have a small line in my eyebrow that doesn't like to grow and it always makes it impossible to get them even and symmetrical, BUT SHE DID IT! I want her name, so i can ask for her everytime. I noticed the thread they use make it so that ever pull they make isn't smooth and doesn't glide smoothly like other places. It also seems to hurt more than it does at other places and sometimes i find myself having to go back for a clean up in just a week and a half...odd. read more

I used to love this place - great location, really nice people, and great eyebrow threading. However, in recent months this place has become pretty bad. Last week I came in 30 minutes before closing. The door was locked but there were still some people inside so I knocked on the door. I could tell the people who were working there could hear me and a random girl inside asked an employee to open the door for me. They just shook her head at her instead of having the decency to tell me that they were closing early or even gesture that to me. I was surprised and pretty pissed off by their rudeness. In addition, the past few times I have gotten my eyebrows done from them, the employees claim that I was plucking my eyebrows myself and that is why they could not shape them properly. I calmly explained that I had not touched my eyebrows and had been coming to them only for the past few months. They just kept using that as an excuse for doing a terrible job (one eyebrow has a different shape than the other!) of a simple eyebrow cleanup. Lastly, their prices have gone UP. They keep changing the price from $7 to $9 dollars and when you ask when it became $9, they get extremely upset and say that is has been $9 for a year and half. However, I do have a receipt for a $7 charge from 2 months ago. Overall, the only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the convenient location. Otherwise, it would definitely receive a 1 from me. read more
