I called and they said they can replace 2/3 items ordered and it would NOT be expedited shipping. I ordered early December for Christmas so there was no need for me to pay for expedited shipping. Now with it being close to Christmas and the delay on their end you would think they would be kind enough to expedite the shipping. But they said no. Also when asked about the delay he said there was a problem with the courier so it couldn't be delivered. And they never even emailed with an update saying it wasn't going to be delivered. They refunded me for the item they said was unavailable however I went online an was able to purchase it myself. So I called back and asked why they weren't able to replace it if I can order it myself and they said they don't have the same inventory as online. Like how does that make sense. Very non helpful customer support ever.

Believe it or not solid crewnecks are hard to find! I do not like thin tees and JCrew was the only store I found that had decent tees. In addition to a few of their crewneck shirts I found a pie or shorts, and two pink sweaters. The sales associates were awesome! All the ladies working were helpful, polite and professional.
