I really liked this place. Brought my kids (21,19, & 7) and we all loved it. Bought the day passes and enjoyed all that we could. Youngest was too short for rope course). Big hits were the Laser Tag and Bowling. Really had a great time with the Laser Tag! Look to add the Flow Rider next time. Only downside was that they have a lot of private groups that will rent out the place. Came one night and it was closed to the public and another time the Flow Rider was rented out all night. I'd suggest calling before you go so you can make sure that everything you want to do is available. read more

My friend and I took our 4 and 2 year olds here the other day. We showed up on Thursday morning at 11:20 and this place was deserted. We had it all to ourselves and it was awesome. We tried out the mega-playplace, which was not as neat as I was expecting. I was thinking it would be more for big people, but it's still just for kids. An oversize McDonald's playground. The kids loved it, but had there been more people there we wouldn't have been able to keep an eye on them and that would have made things problematic. I'd save my $5 and just use the toddler playplace on the main level. The ropes course looks fun and I plan on going back soon to try it out. The prices for laser tag are fantastic! $2.50 per round? I'll take it! It was fun to watch the flow rider surf people but I doubt I'll ever try that. We saw one guy just about lose his shorts and that was enough for me. I'll be back here for certain. Provo Beach Resort has a great concept and fun for all ages, and I love that it's got so many options to choose from. I'd bet it gets packed in the evenings and weekends though. read more

Not bad not bad Provo Beach. My husband and I went to Tucanos for dinner and then came over to Provo Beach for a little bit of fun. It's nice that you can just pay for single things to do. If you wanna just play one round of laser tag you can. My husband and I just wanted to play arcade games so we pre paid a card with 15 bucks on it and played some games. I kept saying to my husband how much I loved there verity of games. Maybe I haven't played arcade games in a long time but I was playing games I never played before and they were really fun. I though the cost for games was reasonable and we would get a fair amount of tickets for games to. I have been here before few years back and did the flow rider. It was very difficult activity that not everyone can do but it was nice trying it. Also in there they have nice changing rooms and a hot tub. I think this place is awesome place to have good time with the family. Yes it's a little over priced here and there but what places like this aren't? read more

This was our first time here and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. We didn't do the full experience, but I must admit the flow rider is pretty cool. I thought it was pretty expensive ($20/hr/person), but it was still pretty fun. When we have more time we'll go back and try the other activities they offer. The reason for my 4 stars is because I'm not a huge fan of how they run their arcade side. They give you cards to use, which you add money to, but the problem is many of the machines would tell you "card read error" while still taking money off the card. I'm not sure if this is on purpose or if there is a real problem with our card, but it was still pretty frustrating. read more

The activity options are great. Min-croquet is confusing and not well explained. Laser tag is awesome. Great fun. Only complaint is the service of the young staff (in the mornings when we go with family). There are a ton of staff standing around but very little customer service capability. Went to get food and the food counter had 5 youth standing and talking but I had to wait for them to stop their conversations to place orders. Similar attitude throughout it. Would expect more presence and congeniality. Seems like a bunch of spoiled kids standing around getting paid to do very little. This is by far the worst place I have been in a long while. We got there and they told us we could use the wave rider at noon but when we got there they had rented it to a private party so we had to wait another hour. Ski ball are cheap machines and most the video games are the lame ticket rip off games. The bowling alley is a joke. Do not treat it like a regular bowling alley or you will eat shit like I did because they do not have the proper surface and cheap shoes so it will grab and you will end up half way down the alley. It's like they want to be a real arcade but went cheap on everything. read more

Provo Beach Resort can be what you want it to be. It is a great fun center with a huge variety of entertainment and activities. On an activity-by-activity basis, though, it is rather pricey. This place was a bunch of fun. I went with a friend during my short visit and we had a blast. Mind you we are in our late 20's and we did the bowling, laser tag and ice cream. The only problem we had was with the lockers... No keys and you zip tie locked them. There was no claim so you could've just asked to open any locker which is a huge issue. This place definitely offers activities out of the norm and serves as a nice spot for families. I went with cousin Kanani because we heard they had an in door wave pool. We both surf and thought it might be fun to give it a try. First of all the water in the wave pool was cold! Perhaps this may be good in the summer but not in the middle of spring. I wish they used warm water. You have two options of boards to use on the wave, a body board and a stand up board. If you're not too versed with surfing, snowboarding, or anything similar I would suggest you use the body board first. Take baby steps because once you use the stand up board, you must be prepared to fall off and possibly get injured. I have a few bruised from falling off. The ground is hard so be prepared. I started to get the hang of it after a few tries. It's slightly different from actually surfing on a wave but still really fun! I only wish i could've used the whole area. The company sections the wave area in two so that more people can ride. The problem is right as I'm trying to cut across the wave i head into the barricade. I can never get enough speed!. I know this sounds wrong but the best part of the whole experience is watching people fall off! I never laughed soo hard before and It never gets old! Anyhow, four stars for a fun experience here but, I'd give them a five for warmer water, softer landings, and a longer space to surf. read more

Worst place for entertainment... they will just choose to decide not to run the flow rider... they would rather lose a customer for life (been here many times before) than sacrifice $40 worth of margin... don't come here if you want to be treated like a customer... come here if you want to be disappointed... I love the beach Resort in Provo .I went there 4 times once for my birthday and another for a family activity. There a lot of games you can play for little kids and older. There is an indoor surfing and an upstairs where there is golfing, climbing course ,and bowling. I did bowling we pay which was $22 dollars for six people my whole family .You can get a card and put money on it for just beach resort but still pay for the card .You type who goes first and you can add bumpers for the little kids .There a course just for little kids .On the screen it has some animation moving around on the screen which are fun .It tells who is winning and sometime talks saying strike, spare and more. This is where we can laugh and play .After ten rounds the game ends .you can't stay overnight which sucks. Only is open from 7am to 12pm but still fun. Down stair there is two food courts we get ice cream there. the beach resort is colorful and music is ever where and flashing lights .there are candy canisters .sometimes there is a band playing on the stage in the back .chairs were you can sit and listen .there is a store in there to . They sell clothes long boards' outdoor equipment and more. There are two food courts. So anyone who wants to have fun and do fun things, go on a date, or just a family activity or a party this is a perfect place to go you will enjoy. read more
