Jason B is super nice and treated my son with a lot of respect while helping him during rockwall, so far kindest worker i've met!

We had a mixed experience here and although it's a good if not great place for many and even we saw it looked fun, there was a single incident that occurred that disturbed us greatly. Our 7 year old was attacked by other attending older kids and what looked like a brother and sister, together approached our son who was minding his own business and is timid and petite, then the 2 older kids together pushed with great force, our son from atop a platform down into a foam pit below, to our shock and his surprise. That being said, I'd say it's hard for Hang Time to police the activities of kids that go rogue, break house rules and engage in violent bullying behavior. I wished there was maybe more security. I was able to record it because we video our son in gleeful spirits and new experiences, and it just so happened within a 25 second recording we did document the incident (and posted the video in 2 parts on Hang Time's Yelp page for their review and our substantiating the claims with clear cut evidence). Why do I give them a "Good" * * * * Four Star review instead of something more appropriate per our experience, a lot lower? Well, again, I don't think i was necessarily Hang Time's fault, 'tho maybe responsibility in part, not something they could have prevented or easily policed. We did not report the kids to the facility because it happened on 12/23/23 and being the holidays, took the high road not to get them in trouble (and kicked out). Maybe in hindsight we should have, but we didn't (tho shared the video with friends and they were all shocked and they themselves had similar opinions of these kids and believed they should have been punished). Overall, the facilities are clean, it's organized, spacious and kids can have fun here. They charge by the hour, require sticky/grippy socks, but that's pretty standard with most indoor playlands we've gone too. read more

My grandkids come here frequently and love the slides the most. They tried to close an hour before posted times which was frustrating. Also, their food employees left hours before closing so I ordered pizza to be delivered since we were planning to eat while there first hours. It wasn't as crowded as I expected. Decent prices. They could use many more employees! read more

UT is hard in the winter with kids but Hang time provides so much relief. It is a MASSIVE facility with endless activities for your littles or not-so-littles to get out their wiggles. The parking is endless and the pricing is reasonable for the options inside. Both of my boys (age 4 and 1.5) love coming here. read more

I only have one concern and it's that in the expert zone where people do difficult tricks isn't keeping out little kids so me and my friends are always worried that we might hurt ourselves and or others while doing tricks. read more

There's nothing great or "different" about this place and it's trampolines. It's just... BIG. That's it. There's nothing to rave about, at all. All of the trampolines are as bouncy or even less than the one sitting in your neighbors back yard. There's kids running amok everywhere, there's not a limit to customers. (If there is it's not enforced). And the dodgeball pit? Oh boy. So, Hang Time has this "professional dodge ball" team, (yes, you heard that right) and they decide that they want to practice on the 12+ group that comes on to play. One of the dudes that's a "pro" got out by a girl who might've been even younger than 11, and he exclaimed very loudly, "I got you out like 7 times!" (Take in mind he has a full-on beard and is yelling at little girls.) These MEN play LITERALLY every time I'm there. Great management team! Two thumbs up! Great environment! Totally safe! My boys LOVE their membership here. I love that I can drop them off and they can get exercise for a few hours. They particularly love RG and he is so nice to them. I definitely recommend getting the membership because it saves a lot of money and it's a great indoor place to have some fun. read more

Honestly this place is a joke. When I first arrived I had to wait 10 minutes for any staff to come to the front desk to help check me in, when the door to the staff room did open and someone finally helped I saw that every member of the staff was just hanging out on the floor, ignoring the fact that there were customers waiting to be helped. Actually going in to the park there was not a single staff member to be seen to help enforce the rules. Kids were running all over the place in between the trampolines, making for a dangerous and potentially harmful experience. This place could be lots of fun IF the workers actually did their job. Like if they had some workers by the big trampoline area making sure that people weren't being unsafe then it would be good. As it currently stands I wouldn't recommend going here unless you're an irresponsible parent who doesn't care about what your kids are doing. read more

Great fun to wear out the kids. Even though it seemed crowded, mine had no problem having fun. Even though there's only one dedicated spot for kids under 46", thankfully most kids seemed 8-12 years old (got increasingly older after 7pm). Not as chaotic as expected! Free refills on the fountain soda would go a long way with parents. Dodgeball area is awesome, but is ages 12+ outside of small windows when they open to under 12 only. read more

Kids love this place! Signs inside indicate that this is the largest "Bounce House" in the country. I haven't verified that but I can verify that there are a ton of options for fun! There are tramps everywhere with intermittent foam pits, jumping platforms and even dodgeball on tramps. There is a fairly large area with basketball standards to perfect your acrobatic dunking skills. There's a separate little kids area where everyone jumping must be under "48 tall. There are snacks available and a small arcade. There is plenty of space with tables and chairs for hosting a party or gathering. They do require a waiver to be completed for everyone jumping so if you're taking the neighbors kids or friends be sure they complete the waiver online prior to arriving. read more

My kids LOVE this place. We live in Salt Lake and have gone to all the other trampoline places in and around the valley. The 30 min drive is worth it. It's clean, the staff is happy and helpful. The place is huge and can handle busy days and big parties. My kids play dodgeball the most but there's so much stuff to choose from. I've been here over 10 times with my kids and I've never had a bad experience. We normally go on Sat but have been on weeknights as well. Five stars all the way! read more

We had a blast here! Super clean facility with lots of options for a great time. We came in for my sons 5th bday, we didn't book a party we just paid for the kids to jump for an hour. I didn't think the price was to bad considering how much there is to do here. They are requiring non-slip grip socks as of July 3, 2017. The hour went by super fast, next time we will do the two hour pass. We came in on Saturday around 11am and it wasn't packed but by around Noon there was a line to get in. The girl running the front counter was super helpful and friendly. We will for sure be back this summer!! read more

The front counter staff is kinda blah.. but the guys that help with the dodge ball and what not are super cool & are very nice to the kids!! I bring the 5 year old boy that I nanny here and he loves playing dodge ball and all the guys are super nice to him and even play with him! Worst customer services ever!!!! I was quoted 15 minutes on an order of breadsticks for my 5 and 6 yr old girls. They ended up taking 36 minutes to get to my starving girls. Turns out the first round burned because no one was watching the oven. The manager was completely rude about it and fought with me in the open. He needs to be fired. Stay away from this place. Negative 5 . Note that I have a ridiculously overpriced birthday scheduled here in a few weeks, which I will be cancelling and never returning. If you think this place is just for little kids, you would be dead wrong!! I am 23 years old and me and my friends love going to Hangtime! They have Slamball, Dodgeball, Foam Pits, and so many Trampolines it'll make your head spin. The employees are fairly nice and not trying to be nosy lifeguards. Pricing is also fairly cheap and they even have student pricing after 9 (or something like that). My suggestion: Get some friends together, put on a superman cape, go to Hangtime, and start bouncing around like you were an ADHD bunny who forgot his Ritalin. You won't regret it. read more

$10 for 2 hours during the week, $10 for 1 hour during the weekend, and decent rates for hosting a birthday party. No socks and a signed waiver are required for everybody jumping. And outside of fulfilling my fantasy to dunk a basketball...dodgeball (for all ages) is my favorite thing to do there. read more

This place sucks. We came on a busy night and had to spend half an hour waiting to do the waivers on the 1/3 working kiosks. And they are super fussy and sticky and gross. And there is something wrong with the AC it's at least 85, no air movement at all and stinks like BO. Plus it's expensive! Fix the two down kiosks, and please fix the AC!!!!! read more

Great place for all ages to have some fun, exercise and smell together. Yeah, the ventilation in this place is horrible or maybe it's good but the stinky sweat smell is winning the battle, who knows. My family really likes this place. Plenty of seating for the adults if they're not into jumping on trampolines, playing dodgeball, walking on a tight rope, dunking it or swinging on the ropes....into giant foam pits. There are a few things that they could work on 1) the aforementioned smell 2) better setup for the ropes (I'm sure the guards don't like coming over every 3 minutes to remind the kids of the rules - maybe an extra pit is in order since it's a big attraction) 3) faster check-in process. Overall this is a great place to come hang out for an hour or two. Give it a try if you're in the area. read more

We had a scary experience here with our daughter. I will start by saying that Hang Time was overly crowded that day. In fact I thought to myself "aren't they letting way too many people in here?" We were only there 10 minutes before our daughter was trampled by a boy twice her size. He jumped onto her lower leg breaking both bones completely in half. They have one safety coach per area and it took us 15 minutes to get him to respond to helping us get everyone off the trampoline. They preceded to bring out a wheelchair to put her in. I said NO! We are calling an ambulance. The manager then tried to talk me out of this option. I am thinking he didn't want the ambulance coming AGAIN to their establishment (more on this later). We get to the hospital and she was immediately put into surgery. The ER dr was Dr William Bacon. If you google his name plus Hang Time it will bring up how many are injured here every day. He preceded to tell us about all the patients he has had from this establishment. This is why I am thinking Hang Time didn't want the ambulance coming AGAIN. Hang Time NEVER offered to help with medical bills and didn't care enough to call and ask if my daughter was ok. I have been asked to speak at several Orem city meetings since the incident because they feel personally this place should be shut down. I talked with a lawyer and he said the waiver you sign for kids under 18 is illegal and they just have it to fake people into thinking you can't sue etc. I left a review on their Facebook page and was immediately harassed by a woman saying "Hang Time isn't responsible for all you Bitches kids" "Hang Time isn't your babysitter " well that's obvious but Hang Time SHOULD provide a safe environment for our children. Kids love it. Its there favorite trampoline place around. A lot of different things to do. I like that this place is really big lots of space. After about 2 hours the kids are worn out and there parents are happy. We will return, probably many,many more times. read more
