I do like to come here, but it's so big that I can't just let me kid run in and have fun, they get lost. The toddler area is fun for older toddlers but there's not a lot of space for little to crawl outside the ballpit, because there's a ton of adults watching their babies. There's also a lot of older kids that enter and start jumping into the ball pit, which makes me worry about somebody getting hurt. If the space was bigger and it was more clear that it was only for little, it would be better. It's generally clean but compared to the one in Spanish fork it doesn't seem as well maintained. I definitely think this is a great spot for 6 years +. Anybody who has kids lower in age should expect to have to go in and follow their kid around. read more

My 2 year old grandson can enjoy the ENTIRE place. There's just 2 slides that are "too steep/scary" for his age group. Everything else is toddler friendly. Very clean, friendly gentlemen at the counter and a $9.64 day for your kiddo to exhaust themselves. Perfect!! Open 7 days a week which is nice for this area. I want for a birthday party and was absolutely astonished at the mess I saw right as I walked in I smelled a foul odor or what seemed to be pee and sweat the place should be called "germ topia" because every time I've been I always manage to fall ill after. As I entered the play structures I noticed I foul smelling liquid which turned out to be pee all over the ground and the fact that there were bodily fluids on the floor is disturbing and yes I get that kids have accidents but this had been trailed around the whole place and the staff could not care enough. The first time I went I was about 6 and there was teenagers on the structures banging my head against a bar I had a massive goose egg. My kids LOVE going to KidsTopia. I love the cameras so you can keep an eye or try to find a kiddo you haven't seen in awhile. It has a bunch of unique areas so it isn't just climbing and sliding. 2 stars removed because some of the toys haven't been functional at times, and there is a weird mildew smell at times. Besides that, it's awesome and my kids keep asking to return. I love that you can bring your own snacks and there are plenty of tables. Snacks are available for purchase as well. There are 3 birthday party rooms and we did have my sons party there this year. We attended a Birthday party here today and it was a blast! We were in party room B and it was a nice space. It was able to hold 3 long tables with six seats at each table. Then there was a table with food on it. My only complaint was that they should put fans throughout the place, but especially in the party rooms. There's no circulation and it's sooo hot! They could easily put some industrial fans throughout and it would make it more comfortable. My 2 & 4 year olds really enjoyed all the climbing and toys to play on. It was nice that their play equipment is big enough for adults to climb in, especially since some younger children will need assistance to get throughout the playground. I also really liked that they allow you to bring in outside food, drinks and cake for the party. Some play places don't allow outside food and that can be annoying, but this place allows it! read more

Absolutely Unsafe - Not for Any Age Child I cannot stress this enough: this place is not safe for children especially not for kids under 3. In fact, I wouldn't recommend it for any age. This is hands-down one of the worst "kid-friendly" places I've ever been to. Let's start with the toddler area. They claim it's designed for children under 2, but the ball pit alone is filled so high it would easily cover a 2-year old's entire body. There's no room to crawl, no soft climbing equipment nothing appropriate for babies or young toddlers who aren't walking yet. And worse, it's a free-for-all. There is zero monitoring. We witnessed older kids ages 6 to 7 at least jumping from the tallest structures into this ball pit, climbing onto a high purple platform, standing on top of it, and launching themselves off. Every time they landed, they yelled "ouch." This is a serious injury or lawsuit just waiting to happen. Despite asking the staff multiple times to supervise the baby area, nothing changed. One worker eventually walked in, but none of the kids listened to him. They even tried to make announcements over the intercom, but that only worked for two minutes. Some parents pulled their kids out briefly, but they were right back in there moments later. This place relies heavily on the "monitor your children" policy, but what happens when parents won't do that? We asked several adults to keep their older kids out of the baby area, and were completely ignored. There were teenagers jumping into the toddler ball pit at one point and not a single employee was around to stop them. Suggestions that should have been in place from day one: * Have at least one trained staff member assigned to monitor the toddler area at all times. * Implement wristbands or visible indicators for children under 2 (or for those over 2), so it's clear who is and isn't allowed in that space. * Remove the deep ball pit from the baby area or significantly reduce the number of balls. * Replace the ball pit with low climbing structures, soft mats, and things to grab or crawl around something age-appropriate and boring enough that older kids won't want to play there. * Add clear signs and arrows to guide kids to exits and bathrooms. Several children had accidents simply because they got lost trying to find the way through the jungle gym. A bathroom symbol and kid-friendly signage would make a huge difference. Aside from safety, the place doesn't feel clean. I wouldn't leave my bag out, and frankly, I wouldn't even let my older kids come here. I wouldn't bring any child here again. I'm genuinely surprised this business hasn't already been sued. Until major changes are made and even then it's just too sketchy. If you care about your child's safety, cleanliness, and an environment that's actually meant for kids, do not bring them here. I will never return and strongly advise others to stay far away from this place. read more

This is probably the play place most deserving of five stars I've ever been to with my kids! Even I was like a kid at Disneyland in there! It's so big and bright and colorful and unique that I wanted to explore it all too! I used my two year old as an excuse to go see it, but I really wanted to see all of it The play structure is MASSIVE. There are so many different things for the kids to climb on and swing from and bounce from. It just goes on and on. The highlights for sure are the tubing hill slide, the volcano climb and slide, all three winding tube slides, and the wavy slides. There's also an adorable ball pit in the toddler section and a game projected on the wall. I didn't want to go here because of the price, so I've avoided it the whole time it's been open. BUT LET ME TELL YOU. This is WORTH ALL THE MONEY! My kids were entertained for the entire 2 hours we were there. There's plenty of light and space. It doesn't feel dumpy or stuffy. There are plenty of seating areas for parents and big party rooms. Seriously. This is the place. Also! There are cameras all over the place and a screen up front by the adults so you can easily check on your kid and find them!! Yay for another kid play zone in Utah! And a freakin' fantastic one at that! I love these types of places. And indoor playgrounds are in high demand bear Utah County because of our winters. I LOVE the immense space this playground takes up: so much to do, so much to see, so many places to explore. There are bridges, and foam pits, awesome slides, a climbing volcano and way more. 2 hours was almost not enough time. There are also two TVs with cameras throughout the gym so parents can check up on their littles. One thing I hope they improve is that they should create a separate entrance with a gate to the 3 and under area. There is no way to stop the bigger kids from running in their and playing in their ball pit. Babies were getting trampled. An employee regulating who enters would also work, but ideally a separate gate would be best. TIP: Bring your own grip socks if you can! They are required. You have got to get your kids here! Super reasonable pricing for 2hours of play, and lot's of variety. My kids were crying when we had to leave, and made me promise to bring them back! After trying every slide, balancing apparatus, and interactive video area, my kids LOVED the air gun area where you can shoot soft balls back and forth, explode them in a canon type thing at the bottom, and then gather and send them back up with a vacuum to keep the game going! Then, for the second hour they broke into a fun game of "hide and seek" and REALLY got into trueing to find every different corner and area to hide. This was a great place for kids. My kids are 2 and 3 and they had a blast! There are a lot of things for them to do but it's confined to the right space. There are so many layers and things to do. Highlights foe my kids - Volcano Slide and the ball vacuum area in the back. Another cool place was the "snow tube" slide up in the top corner. It's a little hidden but the kids loved it. The only thing that could use some work is the party areas. They are nice and close to the action but since they are there, they use this plastic circus tent tarp to cover it. As you are chasing kids, it gets hot. When you go into those rooms, there is no circulation and the plastic does not breathe. It was unbearable to be in there. I can't believe how amazing this place is! It has a never-ending maze of kids' tunnels and slides and climbing walls. The best part is that there are no staff members standing there to tell the kids that they can't do certain things. Basically, if your kid feels comfortable doing something, then they are allowed to do it. There aren't any height minimums for the kids so it's great cause the younger toddlers feel like they can actually keep up with the older kids and do what they are doing! I wish there were more places like this with an easy-going attitude and fair prices. Kidstopia is a great place to take the kids when you want to wear them out. It's got a jungle-theme to it. For 2 hours, you pay $8 for kids 2 and under, and $12 for kids over 2. You can bring your own grip socks, and your own snacks. It's clean, but sometimes the bathroom could use a little tidying up. You can also book the entire place for under $800 for 2 hours and invite as many people as you want. You can't find that anywhere else for that price. Trust me, I've looked. The only down part is that they're all the way in Bluffdale. But they don't lose any stars for it. It's a great location. read more

Overview: Experience was ruined when a racist man harassed my Polynesian family member & told them to "go back to Mexico" instead of teaching his own child not to push & hit my 2 year old niece. The staff refused to intervene or assist & my family had to leave the unsafe environment. A boy was continually blocking the entrance to the slide from my niece. He was pushing and hitting her to keep her from entering the play structure. My sister kindly reminded him to use gentle hands and play nice. We respectfully let other families parent their own children so as not to overstep anyone's boundaries, but the child's father was not nearby supervising his son. When the father showed up, he did not intervene to help, but instead tried blaming my two year old niece and telling my brother-in-law that he should go back to Mexico instead. My brother-in-law went outside to escape the harassment and calm down, while my sister sought a manager to assist. My sister was so shocked she was shaking and upset. The staff simply dismissed her concerns and said there's nothing they can do about it. My family had to leave to escape the discriminatory environment, instead of being supported in staying to enjoy the visit they paid for without being harassed on the basis of their skin color. From this experience and previous reviews, it's clear that this is not a safe establishment for people of color. read more

No onsite manager to deal with an emergency situation that occurred in the middle juncture at the top at 520pm 12/19/23. After my 8-year-old daughter (yellow shirt) was palm shoved in her nose, I was basically forced to choose between getter her medical attention and waiting for an actual manager to show up and pull the camera (apparently this is the norm). As a father, I know that accidents happen, yet if my kid was being aggressive, I would certainly like to know about it. My biggest concern after the incident is the fact that there is no way in hell that any license would allow them to operate without some type of adult manager on sight to deal with emergencies. If this happens to you, please be assured that this incident is/was documented with the Bluffdale Police department (officer Owl) on 12/20/2023 allowing you to prove a trend of unsupervised activity (not in the waiver disclosure). Should the manager finally choose to respond. Don't do it here. You have my number. This review is legitimate and will remain until my daughter gets her apology from the offending child's parents. Please pull the camera to determine the offending child that you have on record. Contact the parents and have them call me and I will be happy to let bygones go. It's a HUGE indoor playground with tons of slides, tunnels, and places to climb around in. There are tables and chairs to sit at in the lobby. There are TVs that stream the closed circuit videos from the cameras throughout the playground, so you can keep a eye on your kids. KidsTopia was such a fun place for my two children (1.5 and 3 years old). We spent two hours climbing around and the adults even had a blast! It was $25 for two hours, including the slip proof socks. Both my kids were able to climb and do all the slides. They had a blast. We wish we had something like this out in Michigan! read more

We've only been here once, so here are my first impressions: It's definitely bigger than similar places we've been to. It's long and narrow. Unless you are following your kids around inside, it will be hard to see where they are or what they're doing. They have 26 cameras placed all around the playground so you can see your kids from the front sitting area. Unfortunately, all 26 of the cameras are displayed on just 2 TV screens. Every person on the screen is so tiny, it's hard to even tell if it's your kid or not. I'm not complaining, because having the cameras was nice. An extra screen or two would help to make the displays larger and much more useful to parents. We came on a Sunday afternoon and it was PACKED. I'm not sure if this is more or less likely on a weekday. There were signs at the front desk for THREE birthday parties, which may have all been happening at the same time since the place is only open for 3 hours on Sundays. There was a sign on the door that adults need to wear a mask, and the employees were masked, but only myself and maybe 2 other adults (out of 25-35?) were wearing masks. I understand most people aren't concerned about that anymore, but take note if you're worried about mask-free crowds. The playground area is full of adults, understandably, because you can't really see what your kid is doing unless you're in there with them. Personally, I wouldn't dare to bring a child 3 or younger here. It would turn into more of a workout for me than playtime for my kid. Either that or let your toddler get lost and trampled. I ended up not going into the playground area, because I was wearing sandals and didn't have socks on which are required. I felt my kids (10, 7, and 5) were safe enough without me helicoptering. EXCEPT when my 7 year old daughter ran over to me freaking out that "some guy" had approached my 5 year old daughter asking her to play and she left with him to play somewhere else. My first thought was that any adult in there could easily befriend a trusting child. So I asked how old she thought "the guy" was and she said maybe 6-7. So I think it was fine. But you never know, with all those adults in there. The real reason I bring my kids to places like this is to relax for a bit while they get energy out and have fun. I wasn't able to relax much here because of the crowds (there wasn't even a place for me to sit for the first 15 minutes) and knowing a bunch of adults were playing in the same place with my young daughters where I couldn't see them. I think I'll bring my kids back only if it's less busy during another time of the week. We stayed until closing and the last 5-10 minutes were really nice as the crowds slowly disappeared. I'm giving 4 stars because the only REAL drawback was how crowded it was, which for me was a pretty major issue. But the playground is huge and awesome and my kids really loved it. read more

If the big screen wasn't in there it may attract less older kids. I wanted to love this place. My daughter had a ton of fun. BUT she got RSV after being here. It was the only place we had been that week and a few days after coming here she got really really sick. Worst sickness she's ever had. About a month later we go back again and I end up getting Covid after being here. Again, I'm 99% sure because it's the only place I had really been. Don't "kid" yourself. This place is not good for kids over 8 or 9. It seems like it would be great for kids between 3-7, but keep in mind there is nowhere for babies to crawl around without getting stepped on and older kids are simply too big for the equipment. I saw some adults on the playground but they looked miserable. The slide with the large tubes has a mat at the end that is supposed to stop the momentum, but it just makes it so kid after kid flipped over at the bottom and got up crying. We only stayed 40 minutes of our two hour block time and I wish we hadn't stayed that long. My biggest problem was that the entire place was FULL of people not wearing masks during a global pandemic. I understand it's hard for the little ones but the defiant adults that don't have a mask in sight for their entire group of 20, block the check in area with double strollers and when the babe in arms pukes all over the front counter, they shrug and say "whoops". I asked the staff if they planned to enforce the mandatory mask guidelines that the state and county have imposed and they said; "if you get in and feel uncomfortable, come back to the front and we'll refund your money". Really? How about having some cojones and telling the ignorant and irresponsible idiots to go elsewhere if they can't follow the rules? Why did the rest of the patrons have to comply but they don't? I get that this state is full of people that think science is evil and wrong, but I will not give my money to companies that do not empower their employees to stick to the rules that are in place for the protection of everyone. Nice and new indoor play place for children in Bluffdale. Located right off the freeway, the 14 600 exit. It is humongous. For children ages three and up it is $10 for a two hour timeslot. Time slots are 10 to noon, 1 to 3, and 4 to6. In between each two hour timeslot there is an hour for the employees to sanitize the equipment. They have little snacks that you can buy for about a dollar each and there's lots of little tables to sit at. You can buy punch passes that will let you get in for half the price if you buy a 20 punch pass. Adults are free. Grip socks are required. One word of advice for adults is don't go down the big green snake slide, if you like your back and elbows that is. read more

We had a birthday party at KidsTopia yesterday and WOW! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. When we arrived early I caught the staff members cleaning and sanitizing the entire play structure. Once we arrived they had carts to help transport in food and presents so we didn't have to do any heavy lifting. The price for 10 kids seemed extremely affordable compared to a lot of other places that offer birthday party rooms in the area.
