If I could give these folks a 10 star rating, I would! Our water heater crapped out on us a few weeks ago and Art came by and assessed the situation. A few hours later, he had brought and installed a new water and brought all of the connections up to code for gas/water. The response time was stellar and Art is calculated and pays attention to every detail and will explain everything that needs to be explained. He also repaired a main water valve that was not shutting off, which was a huge help. Just today, our heater's pilot blew out (rain? wind? who knows!?) and walked me through relighting it over the phone. I found Art and Proview on a random search and I'm very glad I did. He was here initially just to check an electric water heater and small pressure issue. Once here, they discovered we needed the valves replaced in the affected bathrooms.
