I went there today on the way to pick somebody up from the Attleboro train station. I had some wiggle room and so I figured I'll treat myself to a good breakfast and coffee instead of getting Dunkin. When I went through the drive-thru initially the service was very nice and polite. About 10 minutes of waiting, I figured wow kinda a long wait, but because it's a gourmet specialty breakfast sandwich and a cold brew with a shot of espresso I thought maybe this is normal. So I waited and waited... The girl comes back to the window and asks me what I ordered so I confirm. I wait another 8 minutes or so at this point I'm sitting in a Drive-Thru for almost 20 minutes with no coffee and no sandwich. A man comes to the window and gives me a sandwich... I asked for my coffee and they said "oh you had a coffee too?"... Then I see that she's just starting to make the espresso... Then a guy comes back to the window and asks me to give the sandwich back because it's for the person behind me. I put the sandwich back in a bag and give it back to him. About 5 minutes later I see them making my sandwich... At this point I've been there for a very long time. I am also late to pick up my brother from the train station. I asked to just refund me the money because I had to go. The guy said he can't refund me for the sandwich because it's almost done. He just hands me a $5 bill for the coffee and says "my bad". A large cold brew with a shot of espresso is more than $5 but okay I just want to get out of there. Then somebody comes behind him and hands him my sandwich. I grab it and just leave without my coffee. The sandwich was good but it's unlikely thet I'd go back there again. read more

Without questioning the worst service on Washington Street. This is my third try giving them business. I ordered online and 25 minutes later at the drive-through was told that I had to wait in the parking lot for an additional 10 minutes to pick up my food but that if I had just ordered it through the drive-through I could've had it immediately. I think the coffee is good which is why I sometimes go, but the service is sooooo slow. The employees are always running around with their heads cut off which makes me feel bad for them but I never understand it. There must just be no organization. They always mess up or just completely forget about your order, even when you're standing right there waiting. It's truly crazy. The bagels are expensive as hell and "mid" as the kids say. We like Providence Bagel and follow their social media for their weekend specials because they are always unique and interesting. This was our first time to the Attleboro location and we found the service similar to the other locations - friendly and efficient. We typically use the drive through, and while sometimes there's a short wait for our order (depending on what we are ordering) it's usually never more than a few minutes and that's okay with us, because we know our order is being freshly made. read more

Came here late morning for a bagel. It wasn't busy, and there were about three employees excitedly waiting to take our order. I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was good, probably not the best bagel I ever had but still good. The coffee was fine too! I liked that the bagels were sliced in half both ways for ease of eating. The only complaint is that it was very expensive for two bagels and cream cheese with coffee. But they do have a large parking lot and a drive thru, so perhaps you are paying for convenience... read more

The attitude that the girl gave me for even coming into the shop was offensive, then when she handed me the bagel , I asked again if it was crispy , she said yes! Guess what it was not the least bit even brown, and then she proceeded to give me attitude for having her redo it. When I get home and my son said he went there the same morning and that the girl had such an attitude. All I can say is that she has one job to service the customers, I'm not interested in why she's angry but I know one thing. My experience there was not a good one at all. I used to really like Providence Bagel, but like many of the reviews state, they never seem to get orders correct. I have ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese before only to arrive at work with a bacon egg and cheese. Like I'll still eat it because I need to eat, but it's never what I asked for. Today, I went in and ordered the Brown Bear. I drove all the way to work only to find out that most of the avocado in my sandwich is black and there was a weird brown rock thing (not the pit of the avocado) in there too. Loved this place when they first opened. Their coffee was meh but their sandwiches were great. Got a latter this time and it's pretty good. Came a few weeks ago and stood near the register for probably 10 minutes. No one said anything or made eye contact. I left. Came again and I realized they changed their order/pickup direction. I was not the only one confused by it. The guy in front of me was waiting for a big order but was waiting at the register so I got behind him assuming he hadn't ordered yet. And there was a guy to my right who also hadn't ordered yet but was there before me. The girl at the register is doing far too many other things and it delays service. It's very robotic and service is meh. I've worked at a coffee/bagel shop and at least acknowledge a customer when they walk in. 1: better direction for where to order and where to pick up. 2: better ventilation. It's always so smoky in there. That can't be good for the employees health. I'll probably do drive thru next time. read more

Terrible. Staff very concerned about tip for to go order - before anything even done. Basic bagel and cream cheese order took 15 minutes - just sitting on counter while staff socialized. Then they're irritated when you ask for it. Overpriced for terrible quality og food and worse service. read more

I went to get a hanaukah Bagels on Monday in December. That was the first day of Hanukkah in honor of my mother. They were very accommodating, even when I couldn't seem to find the coupon on the page and then we discover those actually on my app for that particular bagel store. They were helpful and kind. I was in the new store in South Attleboro because everybody's working new so. You must've have patience with everyone. They were super busy. There was a line at the drive-through. It was only a couple customers inside, but a lot of people between pick up orders. It was also managed here helping out and she was taking the orders for the bagel orders for Christmas. Everyone went really out of their way to make you feel welcome. I also bought an extra bagel for my honey because he likes their garlic bagels for breakfast. This location is literally the WORST of all the PVD Bagels...the owners should be ashamed of how they operate compared to the others. The workers are incredibly slow & seemingly untrained...I've been twice this week and waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru with two people in front of me. I ordered a toasted bagel & split bagels to go...it took so long that someone behind me left the line, went inside and STILL made it out before me. I saw the workers through the window like walking around, talking & not serving people in the order in which they arrived. The first week open was a little tough, like so many new openings this location was challenged to keep up wit demand but after a few weeks smooth out quickly. When some of the managers are around it does seem to move but that hasn't been the case lately. There are barely any exclusive bagel places in attleboro so was excited to try this place when saw this opened few days before thanksgiving this year. Ordered a sesame bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and a large iced coffee and i was surprised when they said it was nearly $10. So thought if they are charging nearly $6 for a coffee it better be a very good one, but to my disappointment it wasnt even a fair tasting one. My toasted bagel with lox must have been on a day old bagel. It was barely toasted but hard as a rock so that the force i had to exert to bite through it sent all the ingredients spilling from the sides. I barely got through half of it before throwing it away. I live in town and went for the first time today to check out since they have been open for a year now. Place was clean and staff were friendly. I went to order a tuna sandwich and I think the manager mentioned that was longer available along with some other items so I am thinking why not remove from the menu so you don't have to keep explaining to people? I ended up getting a chicken salad sandwich which was supposed to come with a pickle spear but no pickle. Also, the bread roll was stale and was crumbling as I was trying to eat. Needless to say that was my first and last time I will visit there and would recommend Bagels & Cream in North Attleboro which is much better and pricing is less. read more

honestly i don't know how this place has customers, they don't even have food to give, i went at 9 in the morning, no one around, makes sense, out of creme, cheese, ham and or bacon, multiple bagel kinds were unavailable, so like how do u not have any food? i left after being told my bagel would only have egg on it, im just confused on how these situations are okay? i understand running out of food but how does no one run and get stuff from the store when you basically have no inventory. and not even to mention the girl at the window, laughed at me when i said "im okay thank you" before driving away. this is why no one eats breakfast anymore, it's impossible. read more
