Not their issue, but a sore spot, They came out and replaced the defective H2O heater with a new Rheem. They did a beautiful job replacing it with new plumbing and hoses. They also completed some work under two sinks. The only complaint is the cost, VERY EXPENSIVE! They charged me a trip fee even though the total cost was $2500.00 + for the work. You might think the trip fee would have been dismissed.

We contacted Steve Schuman (as we know no one here in Apache Junction), and thankfully it turned out to be the correct call. Steve came over and inspected what we needed, and then He went with my wife to purchase the items needed to do the job, while his helper started uninstalling everything. This was a big help because he knew just what to get to do the job, and he helped my wife in selecting the best products. By the time they returned all was ready to install, the new toilets and sink.
