Not knowing much about septic maintenance, I asked for guidance after buying my home and was advised to have the tank serviced. That visit cost over $XX. Three years later, I called again and repeatedly asked if they knew the exact size of my tank. The representative told me, "Based on the size of your home and the number of people, it's 1500 gallons." I trusted that information and scheduled the service. The driver also confirmed 1500 gallons, and the final bill was over $DOUBLE. When I questioned the price, I was told it was due to inflation and because they pumped a "1500-gallon tank." Later, I obtained official county records showing my septic tank is actually 900 gallons. When I called to ask why I was charged $600, I was told again that my tank was 1500 gallons. I corrected the representative, but instead of acknowledging the mismatch, they insisted their information was accurate even after I explained I had official documents. I was then told a manager would call me back. This is concerning. I was given incorrect information multiple times, even though this company has supposedly serviced this tank for nearly a decade. I don't know if this was an honest mistake or something else, but the result is that I feel overcharged and misled. I am still waiting for a proper resolution. As mentioned at the start, the service itself was fine. The problem is the repeated misinformation about the tank size and the charges based on that incorrect information. They never perform a full pump -- they leave solids in the tank and clearly don't have the proper equipment to reach beyond about 50 feet. It's frustrating to pay for a service that's not actually completed. To make things worse, their attitude is unprofessional. On multiple occasions they've been rude and dismissive, especially toward female staff members. Most recently, when we called to schedule a service, the response was simply "nope," and the call was hung up on us. If you want a company that's reliable, respectful, and does the job right, look elsewhere. This is not how a professional septic service should operate
