Quick and easy and always friendly. Not sure what else to say about it. If you've gotta use one, this is the place to go.

Customer service and transparency was really really great. This is definitely a no bs place and stands behind their services. Love it!

Horrible experience going here I highly recommend you try and go somewhere else. The front desk employee is very rude.

I've been coming to this CPL for a few months now and it's generally a good experience. Phlebotomists are great: I've had Jennifer and Dawn, and both were friendly, professional, and got 3+ vials without pain. Front desk staff are hit or miss -- I've gotten some curt responses, especially over the phone, but mostly friendly ones. It's not a huge deal, but I have a similar job and have always made an effort to be pleasant even when I'm losing my mind under stress. The clinic itself is clean, comfortable, and I'm glad to see they are following social distancing techniques for the waiting room (blocking off chairs, no more checking in via communal touchscreen). I was surprised they didn't separate out used pens but otherwise I didn't feel like my safety was endangered by my visit. One note about this clinic: when my labs are faxed in physically, they don't ever seem to get to the clinic. I don't know if this is an incoming or outgoing fax issue, but my recommendation is to always call ahead and double-check to see if your labs are there before you leave the house.

Service depends, as with all businesses, on the folks who are on staff that day and the volume of patients. Get there on a slow day with the amiable staff, an excellent experience. High volume day with a cranky person, flat experience. I've seen both. I still say this is a good location due to it being hidden--the volume will be lower than other CPLs. But, that doesn't mean it will be low--just lower (if you hit a busy time). I'm increasing my stars because, with my increased visits, I'm finding friendlier phlebotomists.

Unhappy employees make for unhappy customers. I almost always have to take a specimen in 2 days in a row. There is no simple "drop off". You have to wait in line but it seems for EVERYBODY'S well-being, you should get out as fast as possible since the reason you're there is because you are sick and being kept in a small room with occasionally, several to many other sick people. When it's your turn They grill you, critique the amount of your specimen and ask for non-existent paperwork. I sent my husband in the first day to take in the first specimen. He came back talking about the mean lady. I went today. She's more than mean she's horrible. In the 3rd window. Not nice, doesn't like her job and doesn't like people. I feel sorry for her. It's not an easy job I wouldn't think but it's made a lot worse by bad management. And I venture to guess the other locations are bad sometimes but you can always count on this location to be ugly.
