Steak and fries
Maryine A.

Ceasar salad and little big size cocktails. Looks like a speak easy and feels like food and good vibes. Warning they close at 3 pm to reset.

Poutine

Poutine for an appetizer. Split the grouper sandwich with my wife. Very tasty forgot to take a picture. I will try the blackened next time. Did fried this time. House old fashion was tasty. We sat at the bar, bartender was very good. Cool atmosphere, sits next to train tracks and a park in downtown plant city.

This was our second visit, and after having such a positive first experience, we brought four friends with us because we couldn't stop talking about how much we enjoyed the restaurant. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. We chose to sit in the speakeasy side, expecting a unique and elevated experience. Instead, the ambiance was extremely disappointing and fell far short of what we expected. The atmosphere simply wasn't what we had anticipated and did not add anything special to the evening. The service was lackluster throughout the night. Our server was pleasant, but we didn't see her nearly enough. Water refills were difficult to get, and we often found ourselves waiting until she eventually returned to our table before we could ask for anything. The food was equally disappointing. Dishes did not arrive together, leaving some people eating while others waited. My wife's entrée arrived cold and had to be sent back. The pork belly appetizer sounded promising, but the potatoes underneath were cold when it reached the table. The drinks were okay, but nothing memorable. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that we brought friends based on how highly we spoke of our first visit. Instead of confirming our recommendation, the evening left us disappointed and wishing we had experienced the restaurant we remembered. We're giving three stars because we've had a much better experience here before and know the restaurant is capable of more. However, on this visit, the ambiance, service, and food quality simply did not meet expectations. I had to reduce to three stars.

Steak & Egg Bowl - highly recommend!

Great date night spot in Plant City! Here's my rundown: Pros: - Classy food and honestly the prices are not bad considering quality - Easy parking in multiple free parking lots - Phenomenal cocktails - Lots of bar space - Dark and sexy ambiance - Friendly and knowledgeable staff Cons: - No brunch menu despite website mentioning Sat/Sun brunch - Small menu, though this is a perk for indecisive folks I had their steak & egg bowl ($24) and it was phenomenal! So much flavor, steak was perfectly cooked and tender and the portion size gave me leftovers for later. Really enjoyed this spot and would recommend if you want a unique experience and tasty drinks.

We decided to meet up with friends past g through the area, we chose Propagation as the best place --and it does NOT disappoint! It deserves 10 starts but we are limited to 5 here! Nothing you would expect but everything about it is fantastic! The ambiance is cool, and relaxed and whiskey for years....literally! The drinks were excellent (bourbon/whiskey) and the food (we had burgers, fish n chips, and soup & salad) huge with amazing options!! We finished off with the Strawberry Tiramisu....OMG!!! And to top this amazingly great experience...Collin our server, our connoisseur of all things at Propagation! Best service we have ever experienced! I promise you will not be disappointed!! I highly recommend!! Two thumbs

This is such a hidden gem in Plant City!! We went for an Easter and couldn't have had a better lunch! The vibe of the restaurant is great over all and they have a huge bar. Raving reviews from the entire table on the cocktails - they were fantastic. We also had a very lovely server that took great care of us. The menu on the website isn't working, so I'm trying to remember the name of all the plates. I got the Steak and Egg bowl that was Asian inspired - very good! I did think the steak had more of a grilled/charcoal taste, which is a preference for many but I could've done without. It was still delicious though. Around the table, the blackened chicken bowl, fried chicken sandwich and the tuna poke bowl were all hits. Especially the tuna bowl! Which we weren't sure about since it reads as an odd dish out from the rest of the menu, but absolutely worth the chance. We finished lunch sharing a cream brûlée that was literally the best one I've ever had. The vanilla was delicious and the consistency was a perfect cream brûlée whereas many are too firm. Wishing they had a location closer to Tampa!!

Had a reservation so got right in. Hector was great. Very friendly. Tok really good care of us. Excellent whiskey list and some really good wines as welll. Started with the bisque. Incredible. Thick but not chunky. Really good flavors. I got the burger with truffle tots. Very good. Their grind is very tasty and the caramelized onions really kicked it up. Loved the toasted bun. Deb had the chicken pasta with blackened chicken. .really good and a large portion of definitely at least 2 meals. Very relaxed, chill vibe. Awesome place. Looking forward to stopping in again.

Great spot in downtown Plant City! They've really done a lot with the space to make it open and inviting - the outdoor patio was particularly nice on a sunny winter day. Their CBLAT was a nice take on a BLT with grilled chicken, avocado, and a fried green tomato added. My mom's grouper sandwich was also excellent. I don't drink so all I can say on the "whiskey bar" front is that my family all loved what they ordered and the drinks were pretty!

What a gem of a place! Isaih was bartending and was so cordial and helpful with the menu and made one of the best Ol Fashions. Ambiance was perfection to accommodate the delicious food. Pork Belly's were spot on and sincerely appreciated the hospitality and quality of the food. Keep up the amazing food and hospitality! Ron

Great place to eat and meet a friend or a client. They do need better pictures, but who am I to say that? I'm Gerardo Luna best photographer in Tampa bay. You can ask yelp or my mom. Meanwhile come here for a cocktail. They have good food. Say hello to the bear for me.

Crispy pork belly hash. Wasn't good though

Was excited to try this spot when seeing the reviews, but was disappointed. Would try a different day perhaps. Went on a Sunday around lunch and it was pretty slow. Tried the peach mimosa which was good. And tried the crab bisque, unfortunately it was sooooo salty. The bread was needed to absorb the salt. Tried the pork belly hash as well, but there was no pork belly to be found in the meal. And the potatoes reminded me of what you get in the frozen section at the store. It just wasn't good. The service was good though and they comped the main dish.

Unfortunately, this experience went from disappointing to downright concerning…read more I do want to distinguish between the two bartenders working. The younger bartender was nice, pleasant, and welcoming. The older gentleman behind the bar, however, was a completely different experience. He came across as rude and was essentially barking orders at guests about how he would take our orders. For a place positioning itself as an upscale cocktail experience, that attitude set the wrong tone immediately. Unfortunately, the drinks didn't make up for it. My espresso martini was mediocre at best. My friend had the lemon drop, which was equally lackluster. Then came the $30 smoked Old Fashioned, which should have been impressive at that price point but was incredibly disappointing. We were also told they infuse their own vanilla into the vodka. Whatever they're using or doing with it, the end result tasted incredibly cheap --not remotely what I'd expect from a premium cocktail program. Then there's the condition of the place itself. There was a wrapped pipe dripping water onto/near a lounge bench, chipped and peeling paint on the walls, and obvious signs that preventive maintenance is desperately needed. The space simply wasn't aesthetically pleasing or maintained at the level the prices and concept would suggest. But it actually got worse when I went to the bathroom. Part of the ceiling appeared to be falling down, water was actively dripping into a bucket, and there was visible dark growth on the ceiling tile that looked like mold. At that point, my concern went well beyond décor. If you're going for an upscale speakeasy experience take a look at The Doctor's Office. That's the kind of atmosphere, presentation, and attention to detail I associate with this concept. When you're charging $30 for a cocktail, expectations are naturally going to be high. I expect excellent drinks, professional hospitality, and a well-maintained environment. Aside from the younger bartender, who was genuinely pleasant, this experience missed the mark across the board.

I went to Craftails Speakeasy and tried the Strawberry Fields from their spring craft tail menu…read more Honestly, it was strong, super pretty, and had this little dried orange thing plus a bubble that added smoke to the drink, felt fancy without feeling "my wallet is crying." Service was awesome too. We got there right when they opened so it was just me and my mom at first and the guy at the bar made it easy and fun. The vibe feels a bit on the fancier side, but it's still chill, a perfect spot for date night or just taking cute photos. No hidden entrance or secret password that we could see and street parking is available. No wait during the day. It's not the cheapest spot, but honestly worth it for the drinks and the aesthetic. I'd love to go back and try more of their craft tails sometime!
