Lovely backdrop but those flowers were done by a legit florist.
    Lilia C.

If you're looking for decor such as pipe & draping, then Prop Gallery is a decent option. They have a wide variety of choices at reasonable prices. I coordinated a wedding and Greg was responsive and helpful. The end result for the ceremony backdrop was just as described, set-up and tear-down was done punctually and in a timely manner. The only down side was that during tear-down, the Prop Gallery team on-site insisted items such as vases that the bride & groom provided belonged to Prop Gallery. Fortunately I had a copy of the estimate where none of these items were listed and ended up involving the bride to make sure which items belonged to her. That is attempted theft. The lead guy, I believe his name was Omar, lied to me and told me, while looking at his copy of the contract that those vases belonged to them. As if that weren't bad enough, without my knowledge, the couple agreed with Greg to have flowers done due to Prop Gallery's $1500 minimum order. Floral arrangements were promised by Greg and the first mock-up photo, provided the day before the wedding looked nothing at all like the inspiration photos provided. Their florist did some adjustments and really worked hard to meet the couple's expectations and I commend him for that as it seems as though Greg left his florist to fail by providing him with incorrect information. Once an agreement to provide floral arrangements was met, the designer should have contacted the couple to ensure they could provide what was expected. Things such as substituting flowers that aren't in season were not explained to the couple until the day before the wedding. I regret not being informed of this decision to have Prop Gallery provide flowers when the decision was made, as I would have advised my clients to look elsewhere for floral. Onto the delivery of the centerpieces. The flowers were not adequate. I'm no florist but the arrangements were quite lackluster, some flowers dying, and a large amount fell out of the green foam oasis when simply moving the arrangement from the rack to the vase. The stems were cut to no more than 1 inch long, it was a hack job and completely unacceptable. The centerpieces were to sit on a clear vase and when done so, the green tray the arrangement sat in was completely visible and hideous. Fortunately I found an amazing florist last minute who purchased more flowers and re-esembled all 18 centerpieces. She also had to fix several of the corasges Prop Gallery provided as the flowers fell off within minutes after wearing them. She also re-did the bridal bouquet as that consisted of dead flowers. As for the way the arrangements sat on the vases, she used clear trays, made it secure, and added a lovely touch with floating rose petals to hide the clear plastic trays. In summation: knock yourself out with rentals, but be careful they don't steal any of the decor you bring in yourself. Absolutely do not use this vendor for flowers. I cannot imagine what the ceremony and reception would have been - flowers with 1 inch stems falling out and dying everywhere you look.

I don't even know what to say about this.

I'm a florist and was called in last minute to recover a wedding done by the company. They day of, they dropped off atrocious personal flowers and when confronted over the quality and mechanics of their work the man simply said, there isn't anything I can do. I spent 8 hours redoing every single piece provided by them. Getting into the mechanics may not make sense to non florists but it was the worst thing I have ever seen in 16 years in the industry. Their arrangements just crumbled, they were structurally unsound and not at all what the bride wanted. Thankfully I was able to recover the wedding but I can't help but feel absolutely awful for the bride and her distress experienced on what should be a very happy day. I can't emphasize enough how bad this was. run!

We had the pleasure of working with Greg and the prop gallery team for our daughters wedding. Greg listened to all our requests and completely transformed the space to fulfill her dream. Greg met with us multiple times at our venue and at his office before the wedding and responded to any emails we sent very quickly. He was a pleasure to work with!

We loved it so much we had our daughter's 4th birthday party there and was able to introduce MY GYM to a bunch of new people who came out for the Party. We're excited to do one of the many camps and parents night out events. Location is great for us, it's only a 10 - 15 min drive. There is a variety of equipment and it's well maintained that I can't help be so happy that we are part of this community. Thank you to the kind and friendly staff!

Review for the Presidents' Day day camp!…read more I grew up in Kent and my parents still live there so I've seen My Gym for years... My son's cousin was registered for the Presidents' Day day camp so we decided to register him, too! It was $49 for a 3 hour drop off session. The camp included games, open play free time use of the space, crafts, and more with other kids and teachers. Upon first look everything looked really clean and safe! My son was a little nervous to be left without me on the sidelines, but when I returned I could tell he formed a comfy relationship with the teachers working and they mentioned how well he did during the duration of the camp. We've never done something like this so I'm glad to have it on my radar for school breaks! They also host "parents night out" events where you're able to drop the kids off and go on a date night - which is a really fun alternative to keeping the kids at home with a sitter. Worth noting that kiddos need to be potty trained and able to separate from parents in order to attend the drop off camps. We'll definitely be bringing my son back in the future!

I was completely blown away…read more From the moment we walked in, the level of professionalism and cleanliness stood out, especially for a kids' arcade and activity center. Everything felt well run and thoughtfully managed. One thing that really impressed me as a parent was the staff member monitoring the entrance and exit. He was incredibly attentive. He recognized us, noticed our child, and was clearly keeping track of who was coming and going. Of course, you should always watch your own kids, but having someone that alert adds a huge layer of peace of mind. We used a Groupon, and if you have ever used one, you know it can sometimes be a hassle, but not here. The process was seamless. A staff member radioed ahead for us, and by the time we got to the snack counter, they already knew what to do. No waiting, no confusion. We were set up immediately and on our way. That level of coordination was impressive. Every game we tried was working perfectly, including VR games, which is rare in most arcades. Even smaller details, like all the basketballs being available at the Papa Shot machines, did not go unnoticed. The kids' drop ride was a huge hit with my daughter, and the claw machines, which guarantee a prize, were a fun bonus, especially as a way to end the visit on a high note. The prize center was also well balanced, with reasonable ticket costs and fun options. They had some great games too, like rhythm games and classics, that made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The real surprise was the food. We ordered pizza expecting typical arcade food, but it exceeded expectations by a mile. It was soft, fresh, and genuinely delicious, easily better than what you would find at places like Chuck E. Cheese. The entire dining area was spotless, which is almost unheard of in venues like this. Tables were clean. Floors were clean. Everything felt cared for. The service continued to impress throughout. Our food came out quickly, and when we finished, the staff handled all the cleanup. We actually went out of our way to find cash just to leave a tip because the service deserved it. We originally came for the full experience, including batting cages, laser tag, go karts, and mini golf, but honestly, even before doing any of that, I can confidently say this place is incredibly well run. Based on everything we experienced, I have no doubt the rest will be just as great. If you are a parent looking for a fun, safe, and well managed place for your kids that you will actually enjoy too, this is it.

Over the years the technology they use doesn't seem to be keeping up, where things will glitch causing lots of time and effort to get the tickets earned reflected on your card. Luckily we took a picture of the ticket rings that were won at the claw machine prior to adding them onto the card, but even after that, it was still a big hassle where management seemed suspicious that we were trying to dupe them out of tickets that were earned properly. What was surprising is that they didn't even bring the staff member over that scanned the ticket rings initially to confirm she had added the tickets. After adjusting the tickets, my card account was still active on the board, so I went back and checked to make sure it was closed out properly to avoid any further ticket issues. I asked the original staff member if she remembers adding my tickets, and she said she did but we should be good now as this was a system glitch. I accepted the explanation and took that as issue closure. Later when we went to pick prizes, another "lead" employee approached me (wish I would've taken her name), and immediately accused me of being rude and aggressive towards the staff member that added my original tickets. As a lead, I would have expected her to ask me if there was any issues with the employee, instead of outright accusing the customer. I asked her to clarify what was taken as rude or threatening, as I never raised my voice or said anything out of line even though this issue took some time to resolve. She wouldn't give me any specifics but just warned me to not be rude. Instead of getting into any further back and forth with her, I decided to just pick a few prizes and leave. I found it very unprofessional for the lead to approach me in that manner, while the Manager Tabitha didn't step in, even being close by. If something was said that was perceived as rude, let's bring everyone together and hash it out. I can guarantee *God as my witness* that I never said anything offensive, threatening, or rude to any of the staff members. All I did was provide details and proof that there was a system glitch and the tickets that had previously been added were not on the card. At no point did I ever blame or fault anyone at FFC for this issue. Rich Yee, if you'd like to discuss this matter with me directly please reach out.

We decided to go on an adventure and take a painting class together. He, an engineer, didn't think himself a painter or an artist at all. I walked into this little hole-in-the-wall in Renton and was greeted very kindly by the owner, Bev, and a guest artist. Some booze and snacks were had and then we entered the art room. Not officially called "the art room," but I thought it was a clever description. The painting process was explained and easy to understand. Every painting seemed very unique and easy enough to learn.
