Lovely backdrop but those flowers were done by a legit florist.
Lilia C.

If you're looking for decor such as pipe & draping, then Prop Gallery is a decent option. They have a wide variety of choices at reasonable prices. I coordinated a wedding and Greg was responsive and helpful. The end result for the ceremony backdrop was just as described, set-up and tear-down was done punctually and in a timely manner. The only down side was that during tear-down, the Prop Gallery team on-site insisted items such as vases that the bride & groom provided belonged to Prop Gallery. Fortunately I had a copy of the estimate where none of these items were listed and ended up involving the bride to make sure which items belonged to her. That is attempted theft. The lead guy, I believe his name was Omar, lied to me and told me, while looking at his copy of the contract that those vases belonged to them. As if that weren't bad enough, without my knowledge, the couple agreed with Greg to have flowers done due to Prop Gallery's $1500 minimum order. Floral arrangements were promised by Greg and the first mock-up photo, provided the day before the wedding looked nothing at all like the inspiration photos provided. Their florist did some adjustments and really worked hard to meet the couple's expectations and I commend him for that as it seems as though Greg left his florist to fail by providing him with incorrect information. Once an agreement to provide floral arrangements was met, the designer should have contacted the couple to ensure they could provide what was expected. Things such as substituting flowers that aren't in season were not explained to the couple until the day before the wedding. I regret not being informed of this decision to have Prop Gallery provide flowers when the decision was made, as I would have advised my clients to look elsewhere for floral. Onto the delivery of the centerpieces. The flowers were not adequate. I'm no florist but the arrangements were quite lackluster, some flowers dying, and a large amount fell out of the green foam oasis when simply moving the arrangement from the rack to the vase. The stems were cut to no more than 1 inch long, it was a hack job and completely unacceptable. The centerpieces were to sit on a clear vase and when done so, the green tray the arrangement sat in was completely visible and hideous. Fortunately I found an amazing florist last minute who purchased more flowers and re-esembled all 18 centerpieces. She also had to fix several of the corasges Prop Gallery provided as the flowers fell off within minutes after wearing them. She also re-did the bridal bouquet as that consisted of dead flowers. As for the way the arrangements sat on the vases, she used clear trays, made it secure, and added a lovely touch with floating rose petals to hide the clear plastic trays. In summation: knock yourself out with rentals, but be careful they don't steal any of the decor you bring in yourself. Absolutely do not use this vendor for flowers. I cannot imagine what the ceremony and reception would have been - flowers with 1 inch stems falling out and dying everywhere you look.

I don't even know what to say about this.

I'm a florist and was called in last minute to recover a wedding done by the company. They day of, they dropped off atrocious personal flowers and when confronted over the quality and mechanics of their work the man simply said, there isn't anything I can do. I spent 8 hours redoing every single piece provided by them. Getting into the mechanics may not make sense to non florists but it was the worst thing I have ever seen in 16 years in the industry. Their arrangements just crumbled, they were structurally unsound and not at all what the bride wanted. Thankfully I was able to recover the wedding but I can't help but feel absolutely awful for the bride and her distress experienced on what should be a very happy day. I can't emphasize enough how bad this was. run!

Our daughter watching her dream forming !!
Karen H.

We had the pleasure of working with Greg and the prop gallery team for our daughters wedding. Greg listened to all our requests and completely transformed the space to fulfill her dream. Greg met with us multiple times at our venue and at his office before the wedding and responded to any emails we sent very quickly. He was a pleasure to work with!

The huge lobby offered plenty of comfortable spaces to sit, relax, or get work done. Breakfast was complimentary with a solid selection, and the 24/7 coffee and espresso machine was a fantastic perk. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The water pressure in the shower was great--perfect for a long, hot unwind after a busy day. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area. Cheers!

Pros: Close to the…read morefreeways, the Tukwila mall and SeaTac airport. Clean and modern. Our room had a fridge, microwave and sink. Free coffee, water and tea downstairs and a small convenience shop. Indoor pool and small gym. Small bar available but also closes early Friendly staff Negatives: Their pool hours are not the best. Adults only get one hour at night pretty much. So if you want to unwind on the hot tub after being out in the cold all day, you cant but only after 9pm and before 10pm. Their parking exit wasn't automatic. We had to call each time to be let out. I don't know what that was about but its rather annoying when is raining so hard and windy to be pressing the button. Their business center was pretty much in the communal area and so it would be difficult to attempt to do anything other than browsing your flight on that computer. Their breakfast can compare to military chow. No bueno.

He's always quick to respond via e-mail and text. He provides all the information and takes payments up until a month before your event date (which is super helpful). The hall itself is awesome. It's spacious, has all the tables and chairs, has a full-use kitchen with refrigerator. Plus, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, anything you can think of really. My brother-in-law even got married here (loved the place after our baby shower, and the pricing is just too good to be true). If we have another event in the future that requires a big space, we'll definitely rent here again. I would 10/10 recommend this place if you're looking for a big space with full-use kitchen, and pretty much everything besides decorations lol

This is a great spot to have a celebration especially when it's not a big one. I really like how there's a kitchen. Especially if you're cooking for your event it's really convenient. One thing I like about this hall is the parking space. So much parking spot and you don't have to worry about guest having to find parking out in the streets. I would recommend this rental if you're doing a celebration for all sorts of things.

ALL AREAS ARE REVIEWED 1-5, 1 being the worst and 5 being the best…read more Reservations-5-Always easy with Concur Parking-4-plenty of parking available and easy access. Marked down to 4 because ai do t think you should have to pay extra ($20/night) to park at a hotel you are already paying to stay at. Just my opinion. Room-5- Would be a 6 if I gave a 6. I can't say enough about this room (rooms). It was a two room suite with a separate bedroom and living room. The living room had a comfortable sofa and table, a round dinner table and bar, and a great, large, functional desk. Having a separate workspace made life easier and I didn't need to shut my laptop and/or remote screen due to light. Mattress/pillows-5-Maybe the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, not sure what made it that way but it was. Elevator speed/availability-4-Elevators were pretty quick, lost a point because one of the three elevators was down the entire time I was there. It's a big hotel and two elevators can slow down guest. Gym/pool-5-Again I would give the gym a 6 if I gave 6's. A great selection of dumbbells, cardio equipment, kettlebells and a smith rack with a straight bar and handles. (It would be nice to have more handles for the smith machine but that's not a deal breaker) Restaurant-3- I ordered from the bar not the restaurant so I can only speak to the bar. I am not a fan of being asked to tip before I receive my food but most places seem to be heading this way. My food order was messed up pretty badly and I was in a hurry so I was stuck with it. The person behind the bar didn't write down my order so I'm sure that's why it was messed up, the other person behind the bar that I paid was a little rude. Needless to say I won't eat at the bar for the remainder or in the future. Staff-5-Even with the bar staff the admissions folks at the front desk and other employees (maintenance and at the in-house Starbucks) were fantastic and very helpful. Price-5-Seemed appropriate and fair. Overall-5-My new favorite Hilton, I will definitely stay here again and I recommend you check it out if you are in/around Seattle. Shout out- Renee at the front desk was fantastic. Bonus- There is an Outback in the front parking lot, and a giant mall (Southcenter Westfield Mall) right across the street with tons of food options and a theatre).

Great courteous staff, delicious doubletree cookies on the house! Rooms are big, modern and clean…read more Cool fitness center open until midnight and warm water indoor pool. Plenty of parking spaces available for $16 per day from what I read online.
