Lots of variations of cool and unique holes. Price can be expensive at certain days/times but not too bad. Afternoon rates and membership rates are really fair. The only negative thing is the facilities are dated and actually pretty bad for a course like this. The Pro-Shop, restaurant and even the building by the range are super underwhelming. Seems like the Husky Home Course would have more pride. Banners that look like they were last hung and washed when Bill Clinton was in office. Just look like a bunch of cheapskates. They should just tear down those building and make nice ones that go with the course.

The entire property, and especially the barn, was flawless on the day of our wedding and there were so many gorgeous photo opportunities it was difficult to take advantage of them all. The farmhouse, cellar and tree house were perfect hangouts for us and our wedding party during the day, and many of my guests enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds while taking a break from dancing. Whereas other venues had hidden fees and added costs, Wine and Roses provided all of the tables, chairs, facilities and transitions we needed, even going out of their way to request that draperies hung for another event the weekend before remain up for us to use free of charge. Johanna, the venue owner, was professional, flexible and easy to work with both leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Rather than see us as just another business arrangement at the tail end of her busiest season, Johanna demonstrated true commitment to making our day special, seamless and fun. Johanna was also able to provide some great recommendations and reviews as we selected our other vendors, which helped us put together a great team of experienced professionals for the day. Melissa, the venue coordinator, was responsive to all of our questions leading up to the big day, even going so far as to help us find ways to trim the budget without sacrificing the important details and special touches. For larger events, I would definitely recommend using Melissa's Jubilee Weddings services for set up and take down. For a very small charge, all set up, preparation and take-down was taken care of on the day of the wedding, giving my family and friends more time to simply enjoy the day. While I was at first concerned to learn that Melissa could not be on-site for our wedding day, she was careful to communicate all details to the day-of coordinator, Leslie, who did a fantastic job at implementing our vision and keeping the day on-schedule. Even our complicated centerpieces were set up perfectly and packed up carefully at the end of the night. While I'm confident that our wedding day would have been memorable regardless of the venue, the staff at Wine and Roses truly made the day's logistics run smoothly, always with our vision and our guests' comfort in mind, which allowed us to relax, focus on the moment and enjoy the day!

The Grand Hall would host approx 200 people during current COVID restrictions, otherwise up to 400. Custodial, tables/chairs, linens and some centerpieces would be included, making this venue more coordinated and less stressful than some of the other venues I looked at in terms of planning. The in house catering for the grand hall was the only reason for not choosing the venue due to concerns of the caterer and certain Asian dishes we wanted for our wedding. Ashley, the event coordinator gave me a tour, invited me to the tasting and well followed up with me. She is a warm and friendly person to talk with. I've had struggles with other venues in trying to get them to even respond and response with other venues generally took days if not weeks. Ashley is quick to respond and thoroughly answers all of your questions. I very much appreciated her.

Great open air campus with plenty of new incoming buildings. Perfect college facility with available llc rental spaces in it's surrounding areas for public&students. Awful part is after a protest caused by Ely the president, she got fired from it. However, didn't actually improve at all. Then the school renamed 'Greenriver' without the word 'community'. They no longer prioritize affordable finances for low income families, eliminating several programs for budget cuts. Those who need to get through financial aid might face a lot of difficulties.

This review is about the actual facility, not the event I attended here. I would give the event 5…read morestars! The facility is ok, and served its purpose. There is one large room with a dance floor in the center with carpet on the outskirts. There is a large kitchen but it looks outdated. The bathrooms were clean, but tiny! No handicap stall. There is another bathroom for kitchen/event staff near the kitchen, one person bathroom. There is a side room that was used as the bar and drink area, it was outdated but so was the whole building. You need to set everything up yourself, the tables are big and sturdy but the chairs sucked. They are the old school elementary school chairs. At the end of your event you are expected to stack the chairs only 5 high, put away the tables, and vacuum the whole place. My best friend had her Dad's celebration of life here, afterwards my friends mentioned how they found the place dirty when they got there and weren't entirely that thrilled overall. I believe it runs around $650 for a whole day.

We live in the area and it has taken us over 3 years to finally try it and the talk about it being ok and expensive is true. The menu honestly doesn't have much variety on it. For a simple pasta with chicken to cost $28 is insane especially when the chicken itself has no flavor or seemingly any seasoning. I want so badly for this area to have good restaurants, because sometimes I don't feel like cooking but it's just not worth it when food can be made at home that tastes the same or better for a fraction of the price.
