The after hours customer service team member was so helpful in setting up an appointment for us. We have been experiencing bees in our chimney and fireplace for a year now. The company we previously hired, came out, did not do the work and then continued to invoice us as if they had completed the service....shame on them. I digress.......now back to Solidified Pest Control, their inspector Jordan was phenomenal. He explained so much in detail from the bee issue to the issues of moles, ground hogs, squirrels, wasps, etc. I could go on. It was indeed a pleasure to speak with him and listen to the knowledge he was supplying. Jordan was able to get on our roof via a ladder to handle the bee issue while the bees were still in their hive. We should know something soon if the bee issues have been resolved. Oh, they came out. No one has come out. A service call needs to be scheduled when he's there and when it can be seen that the spring is being done because there's no proof except for something left on a door that says somebody came out and they couldn't go inside to spray because someone's not home This is gotta be the worst I have ever seen of how a company does business I am appalled by how this human that I help is a veteran has been treated. I feel that he should get a complete and total refund like they promise if the bugs are not gone, there will be a complete and total refund. Terminix was called out to help me get rid of my rodent problem. We signed a contract for them to…read moreclear the attic insulation, clean and seal the attic, blow in new insulation, provide an access to enter the attic, clean up the contaminated areas of the house, and seal the house to stop reinfestation. They claimed to have sealed the house, they removed some of the contaminated insulation, they blew in a portion of the new insulation, and didn't complete any part of the contract. The agent was emailed, along with the company but we didn't receive any response from them. They helped us to get the cost of the contract financed through their lender and then billed us through our credit card. We contacted them again to find out why they are billing us double the cost of the contract that has not been fulfilled but again we were not contacted. Do not trust them at all. We have been charged almost 20K for a job that was never completed and according to the documents we signed should have cost half that and should have been completed months ago. And the mice are still living happily in our house.
