Otherwise he was helpful and very responsive prior, thats what's odd. So I will have to hire someone else. Thats inconvenient because he got to know my situation and I on the other hand got to know what his plans were for my issues. He claimed he was getting busy, but it was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Since he didn't respond I had to go ahead and have the Masonry men upset the whole area he was baiting, which wasn't the desired outcome. It might make things far worse for me in doing so, but 4 calls and 3 texts, no response. Too late to hire someone else before the burrow is disrupted.

When we noticed strange noises coming from inside our kitchen walls, our local animal control referred us to Wingman. An outgoing, knowledgeable person answered our call and scheduled us their next available appointment time, approximately two days later. I received a courtesy call from our "wingman," Ryan. He arrived on time and got to work right away. It took about an hour and a half to recover a dead bird trapped inside our microwave vent. Ryan was transparent throughout the process. He worked steadily and took care of our home. He was similarly knowledgeable and took pride in his work. I was excited to learn several things from him during his visit, which -- at my request -- included a full walkthrough of our property with an itemized estimate for additional work to avoid future pest control issues. His team member, Brandon, installed a custom vent cover for us and sealed gaps in our siding a few weeks later, and although we weren't home at the time, his communication was extraordinary -- texting, taking before and after photos, and sending us an audio summary of their work afterwards. I'll continue to hire them for both unexpected issues and additional preventive work.

He was able to come…read moreout the same day, was very professional, and actually took the time to diagnose the problem instead of making assumptions. I initially thought we had a raccoon in the attic, but Jason carefully tracked the noise, used a ladder and camera to inspect the wall cavity, and determined it was just two mice. What stood out most was his honesty and thoroughness. There was no upselling or scare tactics just a clear explanation of what was going on and what my options were. Since I'm planning to remodel the room soon, Jason treated the wall appropriately to make sure the issue would be handled in the meantime. If you're looking for a pest control company that's responsive, trustworthy, and actually figures out the real problem, I highly recommend AntEco Pest Control.

Dean, the Manager gets angry easily if you try to ask him questions or call to find out what is going on. He yelled at my husband saying that "we were not their only customer", we just wanted decent service. They are too short-staffed to handle multiple customers. They set a trap on our roof and inside to trap the squirrels but then would not show up to check it for days to over a week. One day a squirrel was caught in the trap, I had called them that evening, David (who did not return my phone call so I had to call his Manager yet again), did not show up until almost 24 hours later leaving the squirrel in the blazing sun (I don't think it survived). I would never recommend this company

I went out and sprayed the poison off my plants to keep from contact. I also had beneficial insects I purchased so I wouldn't need poison. I got the info I needed - it causes lung issues in humans and pets. Yesterday they came back before I got up and sprayed again to make sure I didn't rinse it again. Once again windows open. I didn't realize what happened till it was too late. My beneficial insects are all dead (mantis) and my cat is wheezing and her eyes are runny. All I hoped for was warning so I could close windows and move beneficial until the poison wore off. This is a very arrogant and poor company. Customer service and "concern" is very lacking.
