I told them that I didn't think it was fair to have paid so much for their service when it did nothing and requested instead to get a full credit of all my payments towards future service since they didn't actually do anything on their previous visits. He must have recognized me based on my mother's address. He told me we could have a nice conversation or he would hang up on me if I was going to yell at him. Well, he was/is the one being fing unprofessional. So in this conversation, his ego again thought he should be at the condo telling the cleaning crew what to do. I told him his company could go out there in 5 or 6 days to look at the condo to see if it was ready for a heat treatment. He doesn't want to talk to my elderly mother. "I'm going to tell her, and then she tells someone else?" "Yes, her children, we talk to her. You can write it down on a piece of paper. She'll have the prep sheets and you can go over them with her." Bottom line, he is still focused on the hoard he saw and that it will never be removed for him to go in with large heat machines and fans to do a treatment. He finally said "Why are you so focused on the prep sheets?" I told him "I had to argue and yell at you to get the prep sheets. That was not good, not good." Then he says: "In a normal living situation they would be relevant." So if I say that in 5 days it should be a normal living situation, his ego doesn't hear it? How unprofessional! Reluctant to share prep sheets with a client! To repeatedly say "I don't do prep work" then in 2nd conversation, say "Oh I do prep work. If more prep work needs to be done I can do a quote". OMG! We had a MAJOR squirrel infestation, outside and inside our home. Other companies came out and did…read morethe bare minimum, which led to the squirrel problem continuing. The second we met Barry, and his assistant Mo, we knew they meant BUSINESS! Not only did they set traps at each entry point, but they also removed squirrels within our home! They came out almost everyday for a week, and they made sure those squirrels were not going to be able to get back in. Most places just put up chicken wire, which is like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound, but not Barry! He actually CEMENTED and patched each hole/entry point to make sure they wouldn't just chew their way back in. I absolutely 100% recommend Barry to anyone having issues with unwanted critters.
