One day a squirrel was caught in the trap, I had called them that evening, David (who did not return my phone call so I had to call his Manager yet again), did not show up until almost 24 hours later leaving the squirrel in the blazing sun (I don't think it survived). Guess what? I only had a 3 day window to cancel and was charged a $199 cancellation fee. The irony? The 3 times I had them come out in the 30 day window to spray for ants, I was told to wait 7 days to see the intended impact. So, how do you give a customer a 3 day cancellation window if you have to wait 7 days to determine the effectiveness of the work? As far as I am concerned, Aptive is a scam company and deserve a big fat zero.
