Cjb pest & mosquito control was hired to trap the groundhog in the picture…read more After a month a few wild animals were trapped and the one I called about is still running wild but not because the trapper(CJB) wasn't responsive with monitoring and keeping fresh bait in the trap. I'd use and recommend them again. Thanks Randy. Randy, he came back as soon as you removed the trap. Posing in front of his home.

The team at Community Pest Solutions could not have been friendlier, more prompt, or more thorough…read more The technician texted me when he was on his way, listened to the issue, described his recommendations, and gave me a fair price with a 90-day guarantee. I asked about maintenance and they offer that as well for a very reasonable price! At the end of the visit, he said "you have my work number - if you need anything at all just text"! Where do you find that kind of service anymore?

WARNING - DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING CRITTER CONTROL…read more We had an extremely disappointing experience with a critter control company and I would NOT recommend them. We hired them for a woodpecker and raccoon issue at our home. The service was: - Very poor communication - Significant delays despite repeated follow-ups After signing a contract and paying a substantial amount, it took over a week just to install a few repellents over a wide area . Scheduling was unreliable--appointments were promised but repeatedly missed. Phone calls followed by empty promises but no delivery. This week alone: * Told they'd come Monday didn't show * Called Tuesday promised Wednesday/Thursday * Today is Friday still no show Meanwhile, the problem has worsened, and we now have more damage than when we started. What's most frustrating: we suggested solutions (like reflective streamers that had worked before), but they dismissed them. When you pay $$$ prices, you expect professionalism, communication, and results. We received none. If you're dealing with wildlife issues, please look into other companies and read reviews carefully before committing.

I called Critter Control to remove a groundhog. It was expensive, but they did the job. But then…read morethey continued returning for (not-free) follow-up visits, even after we asked them to stop. It took multiple communications with multiple staff members to finally get them to stop coming for follow-ups--which we didn't want in the first place. It was a total pain in the neck. In retrospect, I very much wish we'd used another company, and we'll never use Critter Control again.

We had a MAJOR squirrel infestation, outside and inside our home. Other companies came out and did…read morethe bare minimum, which led to the squirrel problem continuing. The second we met Barry, and his assistant Mo, we knew they meant BUSINESS! Not only did they set traps at each entry point, but they also removed squirrels within our home! They came out almost everyday for a week, and they made sure those squirrels were not going to be able to get back in. Most places just put up chicken wire, which is like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound, but not Barry! He actually CEMENTED and patched each hole/entry point to make sure they wouldn't just chew their way back in. I absolutely 100% recommend Barry to anyone having issues with unwanted critters. The relief that we feel knowing we are squirrel free is amazing, PLUS he makes sure to check back in later on just incase!

Ash confirmed that there was minimal bat droppings, no active bats and therefore did not need either service. He actually went on the roof to assess and found no entry points.
