I initially thought we had a raccoon in the attic, but Jason carefully tracked the noise, used a ladder and camera to inspect the wall cavity, and determined it was just two mice. What stood out most was his honesty and thoroughness. There was no upselling or scare tactics just a clear explanation of what was going on and what my options were. Since I'm planning to remodel the room soon, Jason treated the wall appropriately to make sure the issue would be handled in the meantime. If you're looking for a pest control company that's responsive, trustworthy, and actually figures out the real problem, I highly recommend AntEco Pest Control.

One day a squirrel was caught in the trap, I had called them that evening, David (who did not return my phone call so I had to call his Manager yet again), did not show up until almost 24 hours later leaving the squirrel in the blazing sun (I don't think it survived). WARNING - DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING CRITTER CONTROL…read more We had an extremely disappointing experience with a critter control company and I would NOT recommend them. We hired them for a woodpecker and raccoon issue at our home. The service was: - Very poor communication - Significant delays despite repeated follow-ups After signing a contract and paying a substantial amount, it took over a week just to install a few repellents over a wide area . Scheduling was unreliable--appointments were promised but repeatedly missed. Phone calls followed by empty promises but no delivery. This week alone: * Told they'd come Monday didn't show * Called Tuesday promised Wednesday/Thursday * Today is Friday still no show Meanwhile, the problem has worsened, and we now have more damage than when we started. What's most frustrating: we suggested solutions (like reflective streamers that had worked before), but they dismissed them. When you pay $$$ prices, you expect professionalism, communication, and results. We received none. If you're dealing with wildlife issues, please look into other companies and read reviews carefully before committing.

It took multiple communications with multiple staff members to finally get them to stop coming for follow-ups--which we didn't want in the first place. It was a total pain in the neck. In retrospect, I very much wish we'd used another company, and we'll never use Critter Control again.

Conversation #1: I called them because the condo association for my mother's condo uses this…read morecompany. My mother is a hoarder and when the tech Bruce went out it was wall to wall stuff. I called and talked with Bruce and had to argue and yell at him to get him to email me the prep sheets to get the condo ready for a heat treatment to kill bed bugs. Several times he said "I don't think the prep sheets will help" and "I don't do prep work". I managed to argue him into emailing the prep sheets which I then sent to the vendor cleaning out the condo. Bruce has quite the ego on him, and wanted to be at the condo telling the cleaning crew what they needed to do. Conversation #2: I called Rose Pest and again got Bruce. He must have recognized me based on my mother's address. He told me we could have a nice conversation or he would hang up on me if I was going to yell at him. Well, he was/is the one being fing unprofessional. So in this conversation, his ego again thought he should be at the condo telling the cleaning crew what to do. I told him his company could go out there in 5 or 6 days to look at the condo to see if it was ready for a heat treatment. He doesn't want to talk to my elderly mother. "I'm going to tell her, and then she tells someone else?" "Yes, her children, we talk to her. You can write it down on a piece of paper. She'll have the prep sheets and you can go over them with her." Bottom line, he is still focused on the hoard he saw and that it will never be removed for him to go in with large heat machines and fans to do a treatment. He finally said "Why are you so focused on the prep sheets?" I told him "I had to argue and yell at you to get the prep sheets. That was not good, not good." Then he says: "In a normal living situation they would be relevant." So if I say that in 5 days it should be a normal living situation, his ego doesn't hear it? How unprofessional! Reluctant to share prep sheets with a client! To repeatedly say "I don't do prep work" then in 2nd conversation, say "Oh I do prep work. If more prep work needs to be done I can do a quote". OMG! Fing amazing! So I tell him if more prep work needs to be done, he can give my mother a quote. Clean your home like you're moving out before hiring this company for a heat treatment. I hope you don't get Bruce.

I found that odd since I supplemented their traps with my own cheap Chinese traps. My cheap traps were catching loads of moths. I told them that I didn't think it was fair to have paid so much for their service when it did nothing and requested instead to get a full credit of all my payments towards future service since they didn't actually do anything on their previous visits. They stopped returning my calls since then. I've been leaving messages with Chris and he promised to call back on multiple occasions but has not. I even showed them that their trap was inches away from this one and did not catch anything.

That was ridiculus! There was plenty of room. A salesman came to check the house for rodents. He recommended caulking around the whole house. We agreed. Meanwhile the ants were back a week later. Orkin came out again to spray. The ants came back. I finally sprayed them myself with some insect spray from Lowe's. As far as the caulking around the house, the workmanship was horrible. We are very disappointed. the caulking is extremely thick and poorly applied. The outside look of the house is ruined. some areas shouldn't even have been caulked because the gap was too big.
