We called the office at 7:55AM and reported it on a voicemail. Returned home at 9PM and the raccoon was still in the trap. We released it ourselves. It had bloody paws and a baby raccoon near by. Day 2: called during business hours for an explanation and was told someone would be out, nothing more. Day 3: a technician came out, re-set the trap with marshmallows??? Day 4: something went inside ate the marshmallows, defecated and left. Day 7: Open trap, no bait and no estimate to fill holes.

On at least half of the days of the week the trap was closed the next day with the food removed with nothing in it. They couldn't explain why this happened. When I inquired about leaving only two traps the employee said that he could leave a third because he was done for the day and didn't need it. One day they left the trap and almost immediately it caught an animal and I called asked him if he could come get it so that in the next 24 hours we'd be able to catch another and he would not. I lost out on an opportunity and the animal then had to sit there for an entire day trapped waiting for him to come get it. The person who came out was not very experienced.
