He claimed he was getting busy, but it was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Since he didn't respond I had to go ahead and have the Masonry men upset the whole area he was baiting, which wasn't the desired outcome. It might make things far worse for me in doing so, but 4 calls and 3 texts, no response. Too late to hire someone else before the burrow is disrupted.

We had some mice activity in our home. Those annoying intrusive vermin were driving us crazy. They…read morewere coming through the kitchen holes, which we patched up, and we could hear them scurrying through the walls at night and during the day. After doing some patching up holes and killing some of them with traps, it wasn't enough. We called Patriot Pest Control and they sent Jason to us. He got all the holes around the house, that I missed, patched up. He set baits and it wasn't long that we haven't heard mouse activity within the walls nor do we see mice droppings. Talk about peace of mind!!! He also sprayed the house. Later on I noticed wasps a few weeks later and he came out without me calling to spray not just our house but around our property and shed. They say if there are wasps or any insects that happen to come, they will spray again for free as an ongoing maintenance service. They are very helpful, trustworthy and results were evident.

We had Patriot come out today and spray for mosquitoes. My niece had them spray her yard last year…read more(this year also) and she highly recommended them. I called them, talked to a super nice lady on the phone and they squeezed us in. What a pleasure it is to walk outside and not get covered in mosquitoes. Turns out all those cute bumblebees hovering around our roofline were actually carpenter bees,…read moreeating their way into our woodwork. Who knew? Our adventure started with some white grubs splatting on our deck. Looking around, we saw some sawdust also scattered on the deck... and a big pile of it by a wooden retaining wall. That plus some Internet poking was enough to call some pest control. We called a few, and "proof." was by far the most responsive and helpful on the phone. The grubs and bees turned out to be carpenter bees; the retaining wall was an unrelated set of carpenter ants. Two visits from "proof." and both are gone. COVID-19 notes: Our tech did a solid job with mask and social distancing.
