Recently, I have attempted to make an appointment with Aardvark Pest Control *three* times to address a spider problem and each time I was promised a call back from a technician to schedule. In each case, nobody called back and I was forced to call their central office to, again, tell them that we would like to engage them. Finally, after telling them I was about to take my business elsewhere, they managed to have someone call me back to schedule an appointment. I work from home and blocked an hour slot in my calendar based on the time the service technician had told me. I received a call at the start time informing me that he'd be arriving shortly and was just finishing with another client. So, here I am one hour later with no follow up call, and no technician arriving on-site to assess our situation. What a radical departure from the first experience we had with Aardvark. I don't have the time to waste on businesses that clearly don't have customer satisfaction as part of their business model.

I told him I already had Comcast coming at 10am as I was told he was coming 2-4pm... so he would need to come closer to noon. Now it was almost noon and no Brian.. I call their office and ask what's going on as I was told my time switched to earlier and was told he had 2 others prior to me to stop at and he'd be to my house by 1:30... 1:30 came and went. I figured maybe he put me back at my original time and waited until after 4pm to call and finally ask wth happen to him now that I've waisted my whole entire Saturday on waiting for this company. I was told that they're closed until Monday so they'd have someone call me Monday to see why Brian did a no call no show... Monday comes and I have a lady trying to tell me that the rep couldn't locate my house... umm he had my number and I had no missed calls so come up with another unacceptable excuse, and waste someone else's time. Actually I felt the fleas became worse. I started saving ones that I found and put them in a bowl of soapy water. Called Tim to come back out because he claimed it could take more than one service. He stated he would spray again but didn't want to use "the expensive spray". Still did not get rid of the fleas. I don't feel I should have had to pay for a service that did absolutely nothing. Jordin the secretary kept calling and harassing me for payment. Very rude customer service when Tim "guarantees his service will take care of the problem". Don't use them! You will waste your money.
