I was home at the time. I only knew they were just there because I let my dog out and found the slip of paper. What's more, if someone was walking the perimeter of my house for the duration of a treatment, my dogs would go nuts!!!! Dead silence except a slip of paper. They were responsive, courteous, and their chemical treatment got rid of the ant problem so we were very pleased. Recently, I have attempted to make an appointment with Aardvark Pest Control *three* times to address a spider problem and each time I was promised a call back from a technician to schedule. In each case, nobody called back and I was forced to call their central office to, again, tell them that we would like to engage them. Finally, after telling them I was about to take my business elsewhere, they managed to have someone call me back to schedule an appointment. I work from home and blocked an hour slot in my calendar based on the time the service technician had told me. I received a call at the start time informing me that he'd be arriving shortly and was just finishing with another client. So, here I am one hour later with no follow up call, and no technician arriving on-site to assess our situation. What a radical departure from the first experience we had with Aardvark. I don't have the time to waste on businesses that clearly don't have customer satisfaction as part of their business model.

We had some mice activity in our home. Those annoying intrusive vermin were driving us crazy. They…read morewere coming through the kitchen holes, which we patched up, and we could hear them scurrying through the walls at night and during the day. After doing some patching up holes and killing some of them with traps, it wasn't enough. We called Patriot Pest Control and they sent Jason to us. He got all the holes around the house, that I missed, patched up. He set baits and it wasn't long that we haven't heard mouse activity within the walls nor do we see mice droppings. Talk about peace of mind!!! He also sprayed the house. Later on I noticed wasps a few weeks later and he came out without me calling to spray not just our house but around our property and shed. They say if there are wasps or any insects that happen to come, they will spray again for free as an ongoing maintenance service. They are very helpful, trustworthy and results were evident.

I called them, talked to a super nice lady on the phone and they squeezed us in. What a pleasure it is to walk outside and not get covered in mosquitoes. Moved into a house that unfortunately was infested with fleas. Called Renegade to come out. Tim…read moresprayed the house or so he said he did. Did not do anything. Actually I felt the fleas became worse. I started saving ones that I found and put them in a bowl of soapy water. Called Tim to come back out because he claimed it could take more than one service. He stated he would spray again but didn't want to use "the expensive spray". Still did not get rid of the fleas. I don't feel I should have had to pay for a service that did absolutely nothing. Jordin the secretary kept calling and harassing me for payment. Very rude customer service when Tim "guarantees his service will take care of the problem". Don't use them! You will waste your money.
