SOS TV & Home Services is a business you cannot trust. SeVonte McDonald is the name of the business…read moreowner. He does NOT have a business address. Apparently he's running his business from home, but still uses no address. Big red flag! The only thing he has is a phone number. His email address: sosmihome@gmail.com We called and set up an appointment for him to diagnose the problem. He did that. He only accepts cash he told us. He told us we had to pay for the part that he had to order, so he said we needed to pay up front. That was NOT a good idea, but we paid him a few hundred. He ordered the part, having them ship it to our address. It never got to our address and I don't think it was ever sent. We were told it was undeliverable because they needed a signature. Well, someone is always home. No one came to our door, rang the bell, nor knocked. Apparently, this "part" came to our address within a few days which we were told to expect it within 7-10 days. The parts supply person told him they would send the part to him WHEN they got it back. It's been since Dec. 2, 2025 since SeVonte was here, and it's already the end of the month and there is NO part and he will NOT answer his phone or texts from us. He took our money and apparently it looks like he stiffed us because he's not answering his phone and has NO reason to ignore us. Do NOT trust this company or SeVonte! He is a thief, a predator, and a criminal and should not be in business. We are disabled senior citizens and he knew this. He takes advantage of people like us. We wish we never trusted him.

This guys were absolutely amazing. They cut down A HUUUGE tree...can't recall if it was an oak…read moreor maple--work was done in Oct. of 2018--then another full tree, and "trimmed" two others. I say "trimmed" bcuz the "leads"--as they're properly called in Forestry (I did not know this)--were as large as MOST TREES. The guys worked their butts off: Started around 8:30-9 on a Saturday am and ended up finishing around 7p on Sunday night. Now here's the kicker: When they were done with all the cutting/loading of wood/brush--and I mean they took EV. RY. SINGLE STICK--the owner went around with a leaf blower and basically cleaned my entire yard. We had an old pile of decrepit wood that they took as well. And oh, btw: they ground every stump, INCLUDING A BONUS ONE FR A TREE THAT I'D CUT DOWN PREVIOUSLY. I'm sure with the state of the world, their prices have climbed commensurate with inflation, but at the time, they did allllll the work I'd mentioned for $4500. I was thoroughly impressed & astounded. I BELIEVE "the son" has taken over the business now, but my lord, was I ever impressed with this company.

After working with several other tree companies (for more than two years) who were not able to cut down the dead tree that glowered over our house, dropping dead limbs, attracting lightning and putting holes in our roof, Clark Tree Service responded quickly, professionally and skillfully. They had the equipment that was needed for a complex job and they got the job done more quickly than they promised. They were responsive to our questions, correctly diagnosed the work that needed to be done and were friendly and helpful. Outstanding service from Fred and Sons Hauling!…read more I can't say enough good things about Fred and his crew. I had a huge amount of brush, vines, limbs, tree roots, and overgrown debris along my fence line that needed to be hauled away. I had reached out to several other companies; many took forever just to come give a quote, and others were charging outrageous prices or couldn't schedule the job for weeks. Fred was different. He was responsive, professional, and honest. I called and texted, and he came out the same day to give me a quote--on the spot. He honored that quote, came back the next day, and got everything cleaned up. Fast, efficient, hardworking, and incredibly thorough. They didn't just haul the mess; they cleaned up after themselves and left the space looking great. This is the kind of service that's missing in landscaping and yard work today. I had done all the cutting myself but didn't have the tools, equipment, or truck to haul it away. Fred and Sons Hauling took care of all of it without hassle and at a fair price. If you've got a big mess in your yard and need it gone, don't wait: Call Fred. Fast, fair, and fantastic. Highly recommend!
