Our home well pump stopped working - at a very hot time of summer. We use a lot of waster within the house and have a large lawn irrigation system. I called Dyer Well Drilling prior to 8 a.m. and they sent two technicians out, Kyle and Mason, who came to the house within hours to ascertain the problem, which was that our system was nearly 30 years old and simply needed to be replaced. They were very helpful. Subsequently, a technician by the name of Harley replaced the well pump, motor controls, and interior pressure tank and control box. He was super competent, courteous, and dedicated, staying well into the evening to get the project done. The system is high-tech and very quiet, and our water pressure has increased significantly. I was remarkably impressed with the responsiveness of the team at Dyer Well Drilling. Had they simply waited one additional day, we would have had to get a hotel room and we would have lost a lot of flowers/plants due to our irrigation system being down. They were reasonably priced and I will call them again. I had a service call from a company in Perry they came with two men in an old truck, looked at my well and said they would not work on it as it is old. they charged me a service call and walked out. We had Dyer Well Drilling Service install a constant pressure Grundfos system about 6 years ago and it has worked tirelessly ever since. About a month ago, Dyer Well responded almost immediately when I needed help with my interior water pressure, which was completely gone one morning. They sent a team out promptly out the same day. My well was originally dug in 2017, and the team discovered that the original well pump had been installed improperly. They resolved the issue and installed a new pressure tank . Water pressure was restored promptly. However, Dyer went above and beyond by independently contacting the company who manufactured the water pressure tank and informing them of the issue with their product. The company promptly issued a full warranty refund, which Dyer in turn sent to me. Dyer resolved an issue that had been a problem since moving into the house in 2018, and then provided me a warranty refund within a week. Mike was fair on the estimate, and the guys (Chris and Jim) did a good job and worked hard the entire time they were on site. It was obvious that they take pride in their work and wanted to do a good job. The job came out a bit higher than the estimate, but the job ended up being more difficult than just replacing the pump. read more

These guys were great. We had a issue with a rusty connector on our well. They had to dig a 6ft hole and were up to their knees in mud. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and they explained everything they were doing as they worked. Great people and great service! read more
