Winter cleanup was not completed as to agreed upon cleanup terms, hours worked were inflated and additional non agreed upon charges were incurred. Mulch was quoted for full yard and then multiple trees were not mulched. When we asked him to redo the work he did not do and discuss the hours worked- he threatened legal action for payment. Unfortunately, communication and appropriate billing are not a strong suit. I would guarantee you review multiple times with him what work you want done and do not enter contract for per hour worked.

But his job as a professional was to call me or text me immediately when he knew he could not make our agreed-upon appointment today. But he's young so I suggest you give him a chance. Excellent service…read more Yelp response was very fast and to the point. I agreed to the terms and service was provided the next day, arriving at the time promised. Lawn cut looked beautiful. The professional spent time going over several times (grass was tall) until cut was perfect, also working the edges and hard to reach places with a trimmer. When cut was complete, all the clippings were cleared off concrete surfaces with a blower, very thorough work.
