Mulch was quoted for full yard and then multiple trees were not mulched. When we asked him to redo the work he did not do and discuss the hours worked- he threatened legal action for payment. Unfortunately, communication and appropriate billing are not a strong suit. I would guarantee you review multiple times with him what work you want done and do not enter contract for per hour worked.
