I noped my way back down the ladder, did some Google-fu, and found McDonnell Pest Control. I'd had okayish service with Terminex in the past but Danny looked to be just what I needed. Gave him a call, explained what was going on, and he helped confirm my worst fears (yup, they were in the soffits). 20 minutes later and I could see them noticeably decreased and the nest gone. Checked again the next day (and the next, and the next) and the yellow jackets have disappeared. Kids and I can roam the yard freely without fear of getting stung. Worth every penny, and will definitely be my call should they not get the hint again!

We had some mice activity in our home. Those annoying intrusive vermin were driving us crazy. After doing some patching up holes and killing some of them with traps, it wasn't enough. We called Patriot Pest Control and they sent Jason to us. He got all the holes around the house, that I missed, patched up. He set baits and it wasn't long that we haven't heard mouse activity within the walls nor do we see mice droppings. Talk about peace of mind!!! He also sprayed the house. Later on I noticed wasps a few weeks later and he came out without me calling to spray not just our house but around our property and shed. They say if there are wasps or any insects that happen to come, they will spray again for free as an ongoing maintenance service. They are very helpful, trustworthy and results were evident.

We called someone else, they came the same day too and had the ladder, set a trap and capped both of our chimneys for a bit more than what Critter Control wanted to set a trap. Then Critter Control came to our house, unannounced, the following Monday, rang the door bell, when no one answered they were on our property with a ladder, basically trespassing. Then came to the front door again, this time I could answer, they asked who did the work. I told them if they had called we would have gladly told them the job was done, to which the man responded I should have called him. To which I responded that if he had planned to come on my property it was his obligation to call me. He was pretty confrontational, and I would never recommend them or use them again.
