Then Critter Control came to our house, unannounced, the following Monday, rang the door bell, when no one answered they were on our property with a ladder, basically trespassing. Then came to the front door again, this time I could answer, they asked who did the work. I told them if they had called we would have gladly told them the job was done, to which the man responded I should have called him. To which I responded that if he had planned to come on my property it was his obligation to call me. He was pretty confrontational, and I would never recommend them or use them again.
