The carpet was installed properly and the installer was very good. Unfortunately the carpet did not match the sample we had gotten from the store. It was not as plush as the sample and we felt that the issue needed to be addressed at the store. For what we paid, we did not feel it it was a good value. We returned to the store to express our concerns and showed the salesperson the difference between the sample and the carpet that was installed. She agreed and said she would let us know what they might do to compensate us for the lesser quality. We have not heard anything from the salesperson or Christoff and Sons. Apparently they are not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. We explained that we will be remodeling the the kitchen and replacing additional carpet but we certainly will not be using Christoff and Sons as they don't seem to care.

Due to their long history with suppliers, he was sure there would be no issue with the manufacturer and in short order replacement carpet was installed. It was looking worn but I was hesitant to make any changes because it was still beautiful. I had no idea how beautiful it could be until Grout Matters restored it, though. WOW what a difference. It looks brand new and gorgeous. I also had them restore my bathroom tile (also slate) which was newer but showing lots of hard water stains. It also looks like the day it was installed. When I got the estimate, it seemed high to me so I Iooked at other companies, but the Grout Matters process is more thorough and I'm glad I went with them because I doubt the outcome would've been as phenomenal going with the lower bids. Shout out to Olivia and Jason (?) who did the work. They were diligent, quiet, and meticulous. They left my home spotless and explained everything to me before they left.
