This is absolutely unacceptable and if you are considering their service make sure you tell them your preference with regards to masking and vaccination. The owner and business manager were incredibly gracious, friendly, and efficient, with excellent communication skills. The house cleaner was one of the most pleasant, positive, hard-working people I've met, and her ability to thoroughly clean everything in our home was amazing. She even managed to make an oven with years of baked-on gunk look nearly new, using only a baking soda solution and lots of elbow grease. I also appreciated how she arranged items on table tops and bathroom counters in a more decorative manner. Our house sparkled after this cleaning!

We got our new place and wanted it cleaned professionally even though the previous residents did a…read moregood job in cleaning after them, since we wanted every knock and corner cleaned and disinfected that normal people like us miss. And then we found Magda's cleaning. She asked for all the details and address for our place 2-3 weeks before the cleaning and assured us of their "professional" service by sharing the details of what they clean. But come the day of cleaning as soon as she arrived at our place started the dramatics performance of how big the place was and how dirty it was left by the previous residents, thus asking us to pay 30% more than what she gave us an estimate of. We still agreed expecting them to still do a good job, and left the place to them. When I was called back to inspect and I entered the home expecting it to be really clean, I started seeing some obvious dirt and places that were completely left untouched. When I started pointing out the obviously dirty places to them, instead of offering to fix the simple issues, they became hostile and started blaming me for making it dirty, and then commenting that for this level of cleaning you'd have to pay at least a $1000. She even claimed that I am showing her faults in cleaning so that I can get out of paying her. They never owned up to doing a bad job and never offered to clean it up to finish their job. The oven cleaning which she claimed took around 2 hrs time was left pretty much the same with their chemicals sprayed inside. I found cobwebs at multiple places (easily accessible) around the house, and most of the drawers and shelf's that were either higher up or down low were never even touched. (See pics) We got these services thinking we won't have the time with work to clean the new place but after seeing the results I regretted ever contacting them, since even if I took a day off from work, I could have done a much better job alone and would have cost me less even with wage loss. I hope no one else is taken advantage like this, especially in such a difficult economy.

She did a fantastic job on my house and made it seem like new again. Teri is professional and detail oriented. She arrived on time and immediately started work. I feel like I received an excellent value for my money. Additional details: When I contacted Teri initially on Yelp she responded with a price quote in a timely manner. We were able to set an appointment for a walk-through. on the day of the walk-though she notified me that she was going to be about 15 minutes late for our appointment, which was totally fine and I appreciated the notice. Once Teri arrived we went through my house. She took notes on areas of emphasis that I pointed out and asked a lot of good questions. I still had several other companies to interview so I did not book her service at that time. Once I had completed my other interviews I realized that Teri's rate was the most competitive and her professionalism/demeanor was on par with the more expensive companies. I informed Teri that I decided to go with her company and we set up a day/time for her to get started. Teri arrived on time and got to work straight away. My house was in need of a deep cleaning and Teri worked really hard to make my house look like new again. I work from home but I was not disturbed at all by Teri. She worked until the job was done and did not appear at any time to be in a rush to get somewhere else, I truly felt like she viewed the task at hand to be of upmost importance. There were a few minor things that Teri missed, though very understandable given all that she had to do. I let Teri know about them for next time and I am confident that they will be addressed. And yes, I may have buried the lede here; I have already booked Teri for another service. In my experience, the Boss Lady's Cleaning Service is right at the top when it comes to service and value for money. If you choose this company you will not be disappointed.

That too is concerning, as we have high quality carpeting. I called and left a message. I received no return call. I called again, no return call. Again I called, again nothing. I did this for weeks. When I finally got a return call, it was after hours and Melissa left a message telling me I only had 30 days to call for service and that they would not be servicing our concerns. Well, I'd been trying to get someone on the phone for weeks. My husband has spent thousands with Chem-Dry over the years as they have cleaned for his commercial business'. He has not had issue with them before, but I'm thinking residential accounts may not be priority as they are not big ticket jobs? I'm not sure if they have made the connection between our home and the business'. It is apparent Customer Service and follow up are not aspects they want to bother with as evidenced with our experience. Chem-Dry had ample time to service this and make it right, unfortunately they chose not to. We will be moving on to another company for all of our cleaning needs.
