I used ChemDry for the first time to clean my carpets and upholstered furniture. I wanted low to no chemicals and scent. The fact that their process uses less water also appealed to me. Ashton took great care in cleaning my house and was super friendly and professional. ChemDry recently got a new designation from the EPA for its nontoxic, environmentally friendly products. Very satisfied! read more

After a few weeks, we noticed a spot on the family room carpet that had not come completely clean. They had cleaned our entire home and since they cleaned, all of our carpet has appeared 'matted'. That too is concerning, as we have high quality carpeting. I called and left a message. I received no return call. I called again, no return call. Again I called, again nothing. I did this for weeks. When I finally got a return call, it was after hours and Melissa left a message telling me I only had 30 days to call for service and that they would not be servicing our concerns. Well, I'd been trying to get someone on the phone for weeks. My husband has spent thousands with Chem-Dry over the years as they have cleaned for his commercial business'. He has not had issue with them before, but I'm thinking residential accounts may not be priority as they are not big ticket jobs? I'm not sure if they have made the connection between our home and the business'. It is apparent Customer Service and follow up are not aspects they want to bother with as evidenced with our experience. Chem-Dry had ample time to service this and make it right, unfortunately they chose not to. We will be moving on to another company for all of our cleaning needs. read more

We used Chemdry when we moved have always like them but really wanted it dry quick to continue our move. They were prompt the price was fair and the carpets looked great. read more

I needed my sectional sofa cleaned after my dog had a few too many accidents on it while sick. Green Mitten Chem Dry responded to my initial inquiry quickly. The appointment was easy to schedule and they arrived right on time. The job was done well, in a reasonable amount of time, at a reasonable cost. Will use them again. Bonus points for Saturday appointments! read more

I wish I could submit a lower than 1 STAR rating because this company certainly doesn't deserve 1 STAR. My husband and I have been professionally cleaning our furniture upholstery for several years now. We were excited when Chem Dry first arrived this morning. However, we soon discovered that the representatives, "Justin" and "Matt"who arrived to conduct our cleaning, were rude and condescending. We quickly dismissed the Chem Dry representatives without even receiving the service! We talked with the owner of Chem Dry about this disturbing situation. While he agreed that further training was needed we found he lacked real concern beyond losing the money. Needless to say they missed making the $ 255 fee they were going to charge us. read more

They showed up on time. Got started after checking to make sure my furniture was safe to clean. In and out in 45 minutes. They cleaned a large sectional, ottoman, and chair. Nice guys. They will definitely get my business again. My furniture looks brand new. Even the chair that is 15 years old. Thanks green mitten chem-dry! read more

I had my office cleaned and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them for any home or office cleaning project.

Best carpet cleaning I've ever paid for! Great no soak way and carpet smelled fresh for a long time after. Great friendly staff. Definitely will return and recommend. read more

I emailed Joe at Chem-Dry with my carpet dimensions. He quoted a price that was not honored when the carpet cleaners arrived. I was told "the price is the price" when I showed them my emailed estimate. At this point I had already moved my furniture and was prepared to have my carpet cleaned. The job done was good, but I wouldn't recommend them or trust them to come back again. read more

Joe and his company always do a good job. We are pleased with the stone tile cleaning and grout cleaning. The carpets also look great. read more

When we called to set up the appointment we asked if they moved furniture. We were assured that they would. Mind you we were not asking for them to move our piano or entertainment center. When they arrived at our house we were told they did not move furniture. They would not move anything. They did not move the dining room chairs or even the bed side tables. My 68 year old husband moved everything by himself! They were hired to clean some furniture also but with all the overspray on walls, windows and other pieces of furniture it was hardly worthwhile. Their contact states that they move light furniture. Will never use them again. Would have chosen no stars if I could have. read more

I had stairs, area rugs, and chairs cleaned by green mitten chem dry and appreciated their staff efficiency and results! Brian quickly evaluated the job, gave me the quote and answered all my questions. He and his helper completed the whole job in an hour and all the items are clean and fresh! I'll use this company again. read more

Excellent work cleaning the carpets and furniture! I much prefer this company over others as they are professional and work with my requests. I feel confident that they are really getting my carpet and furniture clean compared to others. In addition they went above and beyond and made sure and got the spaces where the dog hides out and leaves fur, which I can't get to. read more

I don't know how they do it, but it's darn near a miracle. I have an 18 year old cat who no longer uses her litter box. That's an odor that's impossible to eliminate. I was shocked the first time I used Chem-Dry, now I use them every year. In and out shockingly fast, GREAT, trust -worthy employees (I was comfortable enough with them to leave them to finish the job alone), and dry in minutes. The smell left behind isn't something to mask the urine, it's soft, and gentle. Plus, they didn't make me feel embarrassed over the cat urine, quite the opposite. And it is something that can be embarrassing!! I've sent them to a few of my friends and family and they've all been equally as happy as I am. I thought carpet cleaners were all the same - truly - until I tried this system. read more

Recommended enthusiastically by a coworker. I called on Monday morning; they came Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon, I had fabulously clean carpets (mine are light colored Berber style) and the price was very reasonable, helped by the fact that my two rooms were empty, so they didn't have to move furniture. Highly recommended. Also, I gave them my room measurements on the phone, and he was able to quickly give me a ballpark estimate. read more

Hands down the most professional and best carpet cleaner I have ever used and I am a tough critic which is why I decided I had to take the time to give them 5 stars!!! I have had my carpets cleaned every season at both my home and work by Chem-Dry for years now, and have never once had anything but top rate service. The business is family owned and the owner has always been very hands on. It is almost always him I talk to when I make my appointments. I won't ever use anyone else. read more

I have used Chem-Dry's services twice and I am very happy with their services. They were able schedule me in within the week, and Cleaned my area rug and couch in a prompt 45 minutes or so for a reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with were polite and professional The rug and couch were dry by the next day. I will be using them again in the future! read more

All I can is W-O-W! After many (failed) attempts to clean my berber, I decided it was time to call in the professionals. Before calling Chem-Dry I was sure we would have to replace our berber, it had lots of stains that our carpet steamer just could not get up. I am thrilled with the results. The carpet looks fantastic and smells so fresh too! The guys who came out to perform the cleaning were very professional and courteous. The service was reasonably priced and worth every penny! read more

Whether the workmen clean my large, wool rugs at my house or I take them into the site myself, they always come back in beautiful, clean condition for a fair price. This is a well run company with an honest, fair, conscientious owner. It's a winner! read more

Very disappointed in their lack of service, flexibility, problem-solving ability. It took me 3 days to move all the furniture (except the beds) out of all the rooms. Beds were on sliders and easy to move as I moved them myself multiple times to vacuum and clean. I had my mom there to let them in. She phoned to let me know Joe (the owner) refused (against company policy for multiple reasons) to move the beds and would not allow her to move them either which she offered as she had already moved one bed. He was out of the house before I could even finish my conversation with her. There was no problem solving offered on their end. No flexibility. I would definitely not recommend this company. read more

Have been cleaning my carpets for years, always prompt, responsible and always, always, always clean carpets expertly!

Chem Dry has always done a fabulous job. Brian has worked with us for a long time, and I highly recommend him and Chem Dry. The carpets look and smell amazing! Very professional, trustworthy, and accommodating. Love having the carpets dry in only a few hours as well. read more

I have used chem dry for many years. They consistently do a great job. Very professional, clean carpet, drys within hours. Fair price, too.

Joe and his team at Green Mitten ChemDry have been our go-to company for carpet and rug cleaning for several years. They do a superb job of cleaning tough stains and leave the house with a sweet citrus scent. On many occasions, I have expected one of the guys to point out a stain that can't be removed, but it has never happened. And the carpet is dry within a few hours! I particularly appreciate the swift, courteous, incredibly professional staff and recommend Green Mitten to everybody. read more

I've used them for about 15 yrs now and always do a great job! Has kept my carpet in good shape even having animals.

These guys are a joke as carpet cleaners. If you have any problem areas or stains that require additional attention forget it. If you bring it to Joe the owner attention he gets hostile and vehemently denies that the stain will come out. I brought to their attention an area where orange pop had been spilled and it had been missed in the cleaning process. It was under the couch which they assured me they would move the furniture when they cleaned. All my furniture was on sliders to make it a breeze to move. I know they didn't move the furniture as they would have seen it and brought to my attention that they couldn't get it out. I Called Joe as this was the second time they missed stains and he had a fit and verbally attacked me. For the second time I had to get out my cleaning supplies and get the stains out. Well Joe you guys really need to get more training in how to clean carpet and also address clients when there is a problem. So as long as they don't have to move furniture or address stains they do an OK job. There are lots of carpet cleaning companies out there I would definitely choose another. read more
